Shareholders in GATE own its shares.

If it's a scam (as posters here keep saying) then the shareholders (who have no need to sell ) just wait for the shorters to knock on the door.

Again if it's a scam the price that the shorter or the MM or the broker pays will be set by the scammers.

I have to agree with the FT GATE has been one of the best investments on AIM over the last 20 years.

All investors need now is their shares to be delivered from the market.

Those 'loan notes' could simply have been some equity line facility from a Hong Kong
equivalent of Yorkville as they admitting the terms required its shares to be listed.

TBM do you really not get it ? It's game over no book squaring to happen the rise was illusory, investors lose and the insiders win. The money will be extracted courtesy of investments. The good news is it's highly unlikely you managed to buy many so all this discussion is moot.

Yet another thing I find rather odd.

WINNIE, his shorting gang, the Fat man, and the press have spent months rubbishing the company saying it's a fraud.

If that is the case,and it's now de listed from the market who do they think the winners will be.?

If ALL the shares are now held by a group of Chinese shareholders who will not sell.?

Here is the rub.

The shorters however do not have contracts with the company.

The shorters have contracts with a counter party be it a MM,broker,book maker,or a mate down the road.

That counter party has done the deal for profit.

Thus, the shorters HAVE to try and close the shorts at a massive loss ( unlimited ).

It's now pointless for the shorters to attack the company as they hold each and every card in the pack.
