17/12/2018 07:11 | GAN Announces Launch of Simulated Gaming Website for Pearl River Resort in Choctaw Mississippi Represents 14th Simulated Gaming™ Launch Throughout U.S. London & Dublin | December 17, 2018: GAN plc ("GAN" or the "Company"), an award-winning developer and supplier of enterprise-level B2B Internet gaming software, services and online gaming content in the United States, today announced the launch of the Simulated Gaming Website for the Pearl River Resorts portfolio, consisting of 3 casinos in Choctaw, Mississippi. Customers can play at hxxps://freeplay.pea GAN previously announced the partnership with Mississippi's Choctaw Indians on April 30, 2018 and can be found here. The Company has since launched the Simulated Gaming Website on schedule and has seen a strong initial response from a new regional US gaming market. Pearl River has also agreed to license GAN's US Patent addressing loyalty awards linking, marking the 14th US client to do so. Management Commentary Dermot Smurfit, CEO of GAN commented: "Pearl River is one of America's largest Native American casino resort properties, and the largest casino resort in Mississippi. This represents a brand new, strategic market for GAN, and we look forward to working with Pearl River to grow their Simulated Gaming business in the coming months. In the first half of 2018, GAN grew gross purchases by players by over 52% due to both new launches and existing expansion. GAN now has successfully launched Simulated Gaming websites for 14 clients across 11 states, and we continue to see incremental opportunity to scale this segment through online/on-property marketing activity and working with our casino partners to expand user interaction and engagement." 14/12/2018 07:23 | Excellent new NED appointed today which should help drive the US expansion nicely, being an ex-Executive Vice President of Ticketmaster just for starters: "David offers GAN significant US sports experience and his broad relationship network within the intersection of gaming, sports and Private Equity Industries in the US which is anticipated to prove complementary to GAN's existing directors and highly relevant following the lifting of the Federal ban on Sports betting by the US Supreme Court earlier this year." | rivaldo
13/12/2018 20:44 | Parx will be opening soon enough. Looking at their teaser sports betting page it's been updated in a few areas but notably to prominently include the South Philadelphia Turf Club.I don't know whether GAN's relationship with Parx includes this property but it would be surprising if it didn't. What is most interesting about the SPTC is it's proximity to various stadiums and sports teams. Geography is critical (note Meadowlands) and so the Parx deal could very easily be worth significantly more to GAN in potential revenue terms than almost any individual NJ client (Fanduel May except this given its remarkable performance).Additio | noujay
13/12/2018 17:59 | And the significance of the tax revenue generated won’t be lost on other states contemplating sports betting either. I wouldn’t be surprised to see the speed at which they legalise sports betting throughout the US accelerating. | busterdog2
13/12/2018 14:12 | I agree it's difficult and particularly in terms of sports led revenue. The growth figures I've estimated are IMO fairly conservative, as are the GAN percentages, eg the Winstar deal is expected to be 40% net revenues so significantly higher.Either way the very clear growth of revenues by their clients will be feeding through to GAN. | noujay
13/12/2018 13:29 | Noujay, What I would say is that you can't estimate revenue going forward , especially on the results of a few months. Revenue is highly dependent on how successful the punters are. The New Jersey handle rose markedly in October from Septembers figures but the revenue more than halved. ''Football bettors in New Jersey (and elsewhere) enjoyed a fine October, leading to books losing revenue while growing handle. In October, NJ sports betting brought in just $11.7 million in revenue while increasing to $260 million in total wagers.'' Saying that , I am very positive for GAN going forward , the next good news should be coming from the Parx Casino very shortly. | cottoner
13/12/2018 13:04 | I am loosely estimating that across the three NJ clients that GAN have operating that they would have take. somewhere in the region of $225k during November. This is based on 3% return from the digital revenues across Fanduel Meadowlands, Ocean Resorts and Betfair Internet Casino. If there is substance to these estimates then the interesting aspect is obviously the significant rate of growth we are seeing. This would not far off double the October revenues (est. $120k).The 3% figure is based on Liberum estimates and in the case of Ocean I suspect is meaningfully higher based on the broader range of services GAN provide, plus there is still online sports betting to plug in on this one.Going forward and assuming growth of say 5% each month for the first year (which seems easily achievable given the flying start and marketing campaigns we are starting to see) then it would reach c. $3.85m of additional revenue from these three clients alone. Toss in Pennsylvania, Winstar (already operating) and you can easily see why this could pop.Granted a little rough and ready and each deal will be slightly different but the trajectory is fairly clear.GLA | noujay

13/12/2018 07:51 | It will be interesting to see if these figures will mean GAN will now be exceeding expectations ? i can see January being massive for sports betting with being the month of the super bowl final | igoe104 |
