And what would that be, they have revenue streams which are only going to increase in time with more deals likely, how can you make forecasts in any case here when there will be positive and negative fluctuations, the position of the company in the gaming market is far more important down the line.even if it does fall back it should be seen as a buying opportunity.

I note that this continues to fall back towards its true value. With the current mood of the markets notyhiong less than profits will make a diferrence. Touting content and social gaming deals will not work any more. the company needs to actuially hit some forecasts and make profits.

Otherwise you are looking at 20p.

Just received an email from Parx (just an introductory one having signed up for updates) which confirms January start at Parx and SPTC.My only question is how quickly they launch the online offering which is where the real juice will be for GAN.Anyway GLA here, best for Christmas. You may be right, but if Parx Casino enters the sports market in Jan and GAN release this news along with positive numbers for GAN from US , things may change.

All supposition of course , but the news GAN have released wrt New Jersey has so far been general and not specific to GAN and so have not really made any impact.

However whatever the short term share price looks like ,more long term, things looks very positive.

All IMO of course.

I agree with all you say...but I think we can forget highs at the moment. Buy more of these on a bad day in February maybe. Next two years could see these up ten fold but everything is going down at this time. Imo keep your cash for the moment

Whatever the weather with the current price and the unhelpful current market sell off, 2019 is going to be a transformative year for GAN in terms of revenues. This year has been operationally transformative, next is the flow through. I fully expect to see this back at highs before the end of Q1.January will see KPI's, but switching the Parx account on is going to be the next thing that moves the needle for them.

London & Dublin 1, 2018: GAN plc ("GAN" or the "Company"), announces today the exercise of options by Mr. Dermot Smurfit, Chief Executive Officer, who exercised 200,000 stock options on December 11, 2018 to acquire new ordinary shares at an exercise price of 25p per new ordinary share at a total cost of £50,000 which was subsequently received by the Company on December 21, 2018.

Management Commentary

Dermot Smurfit, CEO of GAN commented:

"As the Company's CEO, a major long-term shareholder and substantial holder of options over additional ordinary shares, I expect to continue to invest in GAN through progressive future exercises of vested share options."

After the transaction, Mr. Smurfit holds a total of 8,863,447 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 10.42% of the Company's total issued share capital. Mr. Smurfit currently holds vested stock options to exercise and acquire up to an additional 416,564 new ordinary shares as per the company's 2017 Stock Options Plan together with a further 1,229,436 which have yet to vest.

The total number of extant options over ordinary shares issued to the Directors is 2,346,000 and represents 2.76% of the issued share capital of 80,051,924 ordinary shares.

GAN Announces Partnership with Major European Slot Manufacturer, SYNOT

London & Dublin | December 21, 2018: GAN plc ("GAN" or the "Company"), an award-winning developer and supplier of enterprise-level B2B Internet gaming software, services and online gaming content in the United States, today announced the signing of a material long-term deal with Czech Republic-based slot machine and gaming technology manufacturer, SYNOT with a contract value in excess of £400,000 ($500,000).

The license (acknowledging patent right) to Choctaw (a very respected and powerful gambling entity) is important in the context of wider challenges by Gan against infringes by big, but lesser casinos, which are more commercial but less well established.

I'll take a few more too if it finds 40p even though I seem to have plenty enough as it is. I'd be surprised though given that all described contingencies contained within the September update (bar Parx going live) have been met.This week should see plenty of legislative action and although Parx is now January launch for sports book I have a sense that it may turn out to be a dual online and retail launch for maximum impact. Combined with the Turf Club then GAN will be beautifully placed.Would be nice to hear something of the licensing programme too within the first quarter.GL to all.

Not exactly a huge response to today's news (just one 5k buy!), but another brick in the wall.

This is Mississippi's largest casino resort, in a new market for GAN which has seen a "strong initial response". GAN now has "Simulated Gaming websites for 14 clients across 11 states". They're quietly getting on with market leadership in the USA, it's just a case of patience and time for investors.
