28/3/2025 22:11:22 | The move from AIM to the main market is due to take place 2nd May. I wonder how this will affect the share price? | adamnorthleeds
28/3/2025 19:16:34 | Tipped in IC , claiming the 20% share price drop in the last 6 months is irrational, and the 8% forward free cash flow yield make it undervalued. Mind you, if you followed their last advice in September, you would have bought and be sitting on that 205 loss! | wad collector
28/3/2025 07:09:23 | We may not need to wait as long. 300,000 picked up in the market yesterday on a weak day without moving the price. | indiestu
27/3/2025 17:52:30 | I calculate we have 38 working days of buybacks at the current purchase rate. Liontrust are lending out shares for shorting to keep a lid on the price during the program. I think we are going to go sideways until mid May. So you need to buy September or December contracts to catch the rally post buyback. Could be a boring few weeks. | indiestu
26/3/2025 20:51:43 | Could GAMA’s UCaaS margins expand with scale? | mrscruff
25/3/2025 18:08:27 | https://bsky.app/profile/mattburgess1.bsky.social/post/3ll4te4oqes2fGamma now nicely positioned in Europe to offer alternative solutions to companies looking for an alternative to the big US cloud providers. Clever board. | indiestu
25/3/2025 16:00:33 | Added these to my watch list.Decent numbers today, fairly muted reaction as most was already known. The buyback should increase FY25 eps by about 3%.Sentiment seems not too positive at the moment, any thoughts why?, Germany heading for another year of recession (DIHK Economic Survey)?, general macro issues?. | disc0dave46
25/3/2025 15:38:06 | Thanks WJ. | spooky
25/3/2025 12:25:14 | Proactive revised up a little to account for the acquisition but have said the company can't go into more detail until after the main market move. | wjccghcc
25/3/2025 11:32:56 | Has anyone seen any changes to broker forecasts? | spooky
25/3/2025 11:16:11 | I have been invested in many companies that have switched between AIM and the main market or between main market indices. For all the hype in advance of the event rarely has it made a significant impact to the share price. | indiestu
25/3/2025 11:11:30 | Not sure I agree with your reasoning above but it sounds like a great scare story. | indiestu
25/3/2025 10:47:11 | I will need or choose to sell out for the same IHT reason, Ok not a large amount, but there will be some selling off setting some of the buys needed for the tracker funds and others that hold main market stock. | drectly
25/3/2025 10:36:09 | Sorry, ..wjccghcc | brigitta31
25/3/2025 10:33:46 | Look at the comment below by hcgg... Octopus specialises in offering clients a way of benefitting from (now) 20% IHT relief via investing in a fund consisting only of AIM shares. They held almost 7% of GAMA shares and have notified that they have sold 1.5%, so any more still in an IHT sheltering fund still need to be sold. Any fund manager with a similar fund, which has shares in GAMA will now have to sell out completely by May 2nd. The upside is that is not long to wait, tracker funds will be buying in now and all the while GAMA will be supporting the share price with their buy back. I believe there will be plenty of people who have been watching on the sidelines for this to bottom out who, on today's news, will now want to benefit from the rise and will buy in. | brigitta31
25/3/2025 10:07:34 | Octopus? enlighten me please. Why do you feel Octopus need to sell more? I have probably missed something blindingly obvious. | indiestu
25/3/2025 09:38:41 | PATIENCE, the price rise will come. Have you considered how many shares Octopus alone need to sell? | brigitta31
25/3/2025 09:31:07 | The tiny price reaction covering only the yesterday fall...It's 20% down YTD, 30% down in 6 months. | hericsaba
25/3/2025 09:25:59 | I expected a little more on open. 153 million in cash at year end. 168 million spent post period on acquisitions without using debt and confidence to initiate a 50 million buyback and increase the dividend. Why the buying hesitation? Has anyone tried to calculate a forward PE ratio with the STARFACE acquisition factored in? | indiestu
25/3/2025 08:07:07 | Move to main market confirmed for 2 May. Hopefully that should help too. As funds buy in | izztre
25/3/2025 08:01:40 | No mention of the great results? Ok, these are great results- the share buy back shows the Board are frustrated to be delivering such good business progress whilst the share price shows market disinterest. Hopefully the penny willdrop and the share price will rise. | faz
25/3/2025 07:58:40 | Usual sort of "maximum price paid per Ordinary Share shall be 105 per cent. of the average trailing 5-day mid-market closing price"
If price runs, buybacks stop etc. | p1nkfish
25/3/2025 07:15:14 | "After applying the Board's capital allocation framework we are announcing a share buyback programme of up to £50m commencing today until the end of June 2025, subject to reapproval of the relevant share purchase authorities at the 2025 AGM."
£50m in the next 3 months should certainly get the share price back to fair value, which IMO is £16-20. | 74tom
