Gaming Realms plc (the "Company"), announces that it was notified by Michael Buckley, Non-Executive Chairman and Interim CEO, that, on 13 March 2020, he purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 6.16p each. Following this purchase, Michael Buckley has a beneficial interest in 27,500,000 Ordinary Shares representing 9.67% of the Company's issued share capital.
