Completion of sale
Further to the announcements on 27 June 2018 and 18 July 2018, regarding the proposed transaction to sell a 70% stake in most of Gaming Realms' UK online casino B2C business to River UK Casino Limited, the Company is pleased to confirm that the sale has now completed.
The Company also confirms that the initial consideration payment of GBP4.2 million cash has been received in accordance with the completion of the sale.
