Even after the rise today GYS are priced at 12.5x whilst Bally’s trade on 43.8x for the current year, Would be greatly earnings enhancing if they call pull this off.

Hopefully this will turn out like CDM where the eventual outcome was more satisfactory (after the board accepted an initial low ball offer like this one)

Although it's had a v.good recent run, would expect another boost from the 888 results this morning and the statement that growth trends continue into 2021.
The US is where the higher multiples are so GYS should announce something soon here to push them beyond their NJ Tropicana proposition.
But it's Japan/Asia where they have a true competitive advantage and they are stronger here than competitors.
And they are still much much cheaper than 888, ENT, FLTR etc based on multiples despite their v.strong growth, which suggests it's a value bet as well as a growth story

Looks to be very good value versus peer group. Market leading position in Japan that they have built up over 7 years, with 70-80% growth last year and still growing strongly.
Have also been in NJ since inception and about to announce partnership by the sounds of it. Huge deleveraging, improving dividend, lots of cash flow...can't understand why it's so cheap
