DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company was informed that on 10 February 2020 Kevin Rountree, Chief Executive Officer of Games Workshop, sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of GBP71.975 per share.

As a result Mr Rountree now has an ultimate beneficial interest of 5,793 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

As a result Mrs Tongue now has an ultimate beneficial interest of 5,314 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Mr Donaldson also transferred 1,000 shares to his wife at a price of GBP1.73 per share on the same date.

As a result Mr Donaldson and his wife now have an ultimate beneficial interest of 16,700 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
