I would add to the summary by saying that the existing uk and Spanish retail business's are still profitable generating c£15-20m ebitda pa. Once the next generation of consoles are released in 2019/20 this will have a massive positive impact on sales and profitability. Just look at what happened in 2014 - Group revenue growth +31% to £862m (2013: £658m) - Adjusted EBITDA +117% to £51.3m (2013: £23.6m).

Same, price to book is very strong with large debt facilities and increasing GTV despite dip in profits. Lots on the horizon with SD collaboration so it really should be at least 50-60p.

The only reason I might sell 45p+ is because this stock is so stupidly volatile/sentiment is so bad there is a good chance of it dipping down again to under 30p before rising again, providing another potentially nice trade.

I'm staying put here. The balance sheet is very strong £117m net assets and no debt or DB pension.

The current valuation is crazy. Still negative Enterprise Value and doing c£15m ebitda outside of esports and events. Call it a conservative 3x multiple with cash at c£85m and you are looking at a target valuation of c£130m. For esports you could use Gfinity's 8x sales multiple and end up with something closer to £200m.

I agree, I initially had planned to sell at 50p intrinsic value, but the sentiment was so poor I was going to drop it to 40p. However on the back of this large sale, even if it is not SD, sentiment should improve to get it to it's intrinsic value or higher. If the bid is not SD I'll wait to 50p (however long that takes - could be months) to sell.

Even if a bid doesn't come...which is likely, this is severely undervalued. 60p plus is nailed on.
