Last year cash was £43m at 31 December to £69m at 28 January, a build of £26m. It would be nice to see that again this year given the 31 December position.

Problem here is the friggin useless management, they need telling, they have disappointed the market consistently for the last two years in the misguided belief that retail will return to its heyday, that’s is where they just do not have a clue, I’m appalled to see them flogging second-hand phones in their stores, why don’t they simply become a pawn broker, Gibbs is a total moron who should have resigned and let someone else with a bit more vision take this on, the FD. saw the writing on the wall and jumped before he found himself out of a job!
