Non-sensical, the market discounts pretty much all of that turnover, even with wafer thin margins they seem to believe that the console market is going to vaporise at some point, and regard GMD as inconsistent with its ability to report positive results. GMD should focus on the experience market through Belong and Insomnia, I can see a large opportunity for this to become a big market for competitive gaming for substantial prizes.

c£800m of sales on an enterprise value of £36m - crazy valuation.

£67m in cash and no debt. £103m market cap. If they can't extract equity value of £36m they need their heads examining

Falling margins to be offset by further cost savings this year (probably renegotiation of leases as they fall due)

1% drop in margins will be picked but up I make the HY numbers rather flat on 17

Rev £524m
Gr Margin 23.7%
Gr Profit 124m = 1% up on H1 2017 if that converts to another £16.5m PBT we should be good.

It shows we are at least stable that eliminates some of the doubt, down then up me thinks.

Adequate, saw some margin erosion, but then this is a story about Belong, not the core console market, more store closures to come hopefully!

I cause the spikes as I am adding . The best way in an uptrend is to buy on dips as long as uptrend isn't broken . I will sell if needed but not looking to sell when stocks are firm and no need to take profits at this stage .
