I'm surprised the share was down after the results announcement since EBITDA at £8m came in slightly ahead of forecast £7.8m and the FY18 current trading seems to be doing very well. Also xbox one x sales are still to come.

Any idea how much Multiplay Digital is actually worth? £4.5m sales growing at over 100% but still loss making. As for the uk business the IDG chart on page 23 interests me the most which is forcasting 16% market growth vs last year which should make for a good xmas even if they are losing a bit of market share.

So a concern I always have here is that the trials that this business does are always the big cities and prime locations that will never fail. I very much doubt that rolling out will have the same success as the first stores and the impact on space will be greater as smaller outlets are forced to accommodate them. Maybe sports direct will give space but the roll out costs will always be significant so watch the erosion of money in the bank further however this year they have no head office to add £13 mill in the balance. The results always say the same ...difficult trading...

All things considered, this was not a bad performance today. He's hoping those upgrades come in now.
