Board Change
Gama Aviation Plc announces that Neil Medley, Group COO, tendered his resignation as a Director of the Group yesterday in order to pursue a new career in the education sector. Neil will remain with the business until the end of August 2021 to ensure an orderly handover.
Commenting on the announcement, Marwan Khalek, CEO of Gama Aviation Plc said:
"I am very grateful to Neil for his exceptional contribution to the business since joining the team in September 2016. During this time Neil has worked tirelessly with the Executive team and the Board to drive the Group's strategic development and the evolution of its business processes, putting in place a strong foundation and roadmap that the team will continue to build from. The Board and I would like to thank Neil for his efforts during his time with the Group and to wish him every success in his future role."
