Board Change

On 3 November 2017, the Company announced the resignation of its CFO, Kevin Godley. An orderly handover to the interim CFO, who joined in late December 2017, has taken place pending the appointment of a permanent replacement and Kevin has now left the Company as planned. Kevin has therefore resigned his directorship with effect from 1 February 2018.

The Board wishes to thank Kevin for his efforts during his time with the Company and to wish him the very best in his future endeavours.
