Pump to 0.60 strike the warrants, flood the mcap, dilute it by 60% and sell it back to down to 0.26 Some hear are long enough in the tooth to realise how this works, the others will learn from this just in time to benefit from XTR.

Wait for the placing to be submitted, the buying here looks like it's people who don't understand the difference between the share price and Market Capitilsation. Pump and dump occurring at the moment to rinse out the uninitiated.

If you actually account for the new issuance, the share price is actually nearer 0.42 atm

I won't make predictions but from what I have gathered from several people (and you're welcome to take that with as many grains of salt as you see fit) is that the inevitable placing was the only barrier to their investment here. I was hovering on the buy button to chuck another grand in, just to give me a nice round figure. Didn't bother in the end, but still on a nice holding and happy to wait.

You not taking me up on the time stamp Bookworm?

"This will trade at 0.32 prior to production, the small mining licence will be transferred away from GLR and they'll be another placing which will have a combined value with today's placing of at least 50% of MCAP."

That's my prediction, what's yours?

I'd love to see who ends up being right

Plat you scumbag. I'll take you up on that offer

0.7 by end of December. It won't go anywhere near 0.32

Everything always gets reduced to your level with you, Plathunter, doesn't it?
Not so much the gutter, as the sewer.
I'm putting you on filter now. You're just a waste of time and space.

I don't see it sleeven.

The mining rights are getting transferred to a joint venture company, which will hold project discretion with costs to be shared equally with regards to each parties interest in the project.

PI's getting squeezed out here.

Bookworm, you beat me to my amendment.. Every one knows 125 x 4 is 500 it was clearly a typo.. Do you not get bored of being so angry all the time. Do you not think it's time to grow up?

Anyway, Some here will think that getting diluted by nigh on 25% is good value to keep the lights on and transfer the small mining rights to a Joint Venture company that they will not 100% exclusively own the rights to.

There's no exit strategy for buying in at this share price .. You'll see this sub 0.32 before production starts and that's nailed on... Give me a time stamp and put my balls where your mouth is.

All the best with it though and catch up soon, you are an absolute delight and I can't wait until next time.

PH

Assuming a deal is done with JLP (good for both companies) GLR are cheap even allowing for the Birdie factor. If a deal is announced GLR could double in a few days IMHO.

It's akin to buying JLP at 2p, what a bargain that was a year ago!

125,000,000 Placing Units comprising 125,000,000 ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") of 0.1p each (the "Placing Shares") at a placing price of 0.40 p (the "Placing Price") per Placing Share to raise GBP500,000 before expenses subject to admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") and 125,000,000 Warrants ("Placing Warrants") to subscribe for Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 0.60p per share

£500k shares + £750k warrants (assuming conversion to shares)

= £1.25m.

Is the total value raised not 500 thousand Sleven?

The placing value was for 40 bps of a penny

No institutions have taken part in this placing...It's tiny. And if Bookworm really thinks that 500k fully funds the project then he really is as stupid as he sounds.

125m placing units: 125m shares @ 0.4p/125m warrants @ 0.6p

Birdie took 5m placing units

Others took 120m placing units.

Total raised by the placing units £1.25m assuming warrants get to roberts 0.7p or more.
