Well they previously sold all their JLP shares got for their tailings business at much less than current share price Not known for financial acumen, as you are probably aware they bought Star zinc at a very much higher price than GLR got it for.

Of course it's up to them. They would have to be extremely desperate to sell into the market and raise such a paltry sum off of a £50k deal though.

They got shares equivalent in value to the £50K outstanding, up to them if they sell now for the £50k or hold for a premium later (or not). BMR are not in a great position to negotiate with anyone, their major asset is a royalty on production from a plant that isn't built yet.

If bmr were going to sell into the market at a ha'penny then I imagine they would have negotiated a better share price I would have anyway.

Think GLR were in the driving seat where price was concerned that's probably why they got a premium for their shares, the shares given in lieu of the £50k cash settlement will imo be sold immediately into the market by BMR.

Now why would they do that... perhaps the offtake deal os imminent...could explain why share are being issued at a huge premium.....

Sorry I phrased that badly - they are being issued with shares at a 120% premium.....

BMR are still going and hope to 'emerge' again soon whether listed or not I'm not sure.

Paying? it's BMR that's the vendor. GLR is 'buying' with shares, BMR is receiving.

BMR lost their AIM listing about a year ago , so not sure what's going on.

This is an extraordinary deal. BMR are paying us a huge premium - September's share price of 1.15p. This could rocket today.......

Am I reading this right. BMR paying a premium of over 100% for shares in this acquisition deal?

Galileo mulls rare earths production amid possible Chinese export ban Amid a looming global rare earth supply shortage, Aim-listed Galileo Resources is considering the options for its 34%-owned Glenover rare earth/phosphate project, in Limpopo, South Africa. The company stated in a release issued on Wednesday that, should China stop exports of rare earth minerals for a prolonger period, an extended supply disruption could cause significant shocks throughout the US and global mineral supply chains. hTTps://www.miningweekly.com/article/galileo-mulls-rare-earths-production-amid-possible-chinese-export-ban-2019-06-12

He's done a good job of that, sometimes it's just better to keep your trap shut Colin. I don't understand why he he's not sold Ferber, it's supposed to be worth more than Gabbs and that was sold for $3 million. Just get rid and put the cash into the zinc project.

Colin recently stated that the Glenover project would be sold on, so probably looking to boost the share price in order to negotiate a better price.
