All watching the price edge up and waiting for the blue touch paper to be lit. My concern lately is that JLP and GLR are going to likely make me hit my LTA earlier planned

These last few years have been hard on the exploration stocks, I lost it all about 4 years ago, went from 40k in 2008 to 550k in 2011, to zero in 2016. The last bull run in mining stocks was 10 years ago, the mining industry has been limping along for the last decade, not enough new mines are coming on stream and the majors generally prefer to simply buy assets than find them because they are run by accountants. The world will need more copper in the next 30-40 years than it has used in the last 300 years, where is it all going to come from? All the easy resources have been found and mined. This year and next year will be very good years for the mining stocks. The pain learnt over the last 7 years will be worth it, it has been a hard education. I would imagine quite a few folks have similar stories if they have been investing in the exploration stocks for the last 10 years.

The Bull, I've moved around my focus a bit, gone with 70/30 split between XTR/GLR. I just have a very strong feeling, based on all the research I have done, on what CB has been saying in his interviews and from the current drill news that XTR are onto something big with the copper drilling and the stock could potentially go mental. I would actually like to go all in, but the prospects at GLR are also very positive. News on Zambia and moving into production could rerate the stock, if POW and UFO can be valued at 22m and 40m then why not GLR who are much closer to actual production and selling of resources!?

If you look at other AIM explorers capped in the 20-30m GBP range, I don't see them having better assets than what GLR has, like POW for example and UFO.

I spoke too soon and up we go again. Colin Bird must be virtually walking on water with JLP and GLR going ballistic and XTR now looking good too. I hope to be buying some of those soon too if I can free up some cash from elsewhere.

Yes indeed looking v.good here plus at other Botswana plays such as LSE:POW ditto LSE:KAV enjoying a very decent intra day turn around on volume.

Well it's holding up very well at the moment Count, with 3 v 1 on level 2. Should slice through 2p easily on next news imo if the chart for 2017 is anything to go by, and then onward from there as other news drops. A return to the 10p last seen in 2017 would make me very happy indeed later in the year.
