I dont think JLP will participate with BMR/GLR on zambian zinc project. HOWEVER, if we do, the JLP will benefit the most.

the project is huge BUT both BMR and GLR are short of Cash.

BMR almost totally out and GLR came to short term rescue. but then to move the project forward, they will need someone with Cash DESPERATELY.

SO, If JLP then participate, i will expect JLP to run the project and will take 50% ownership or maybe more. AND GLR and BMR will both have to do further placing in order to finance their shares of the projects, while JLP already have our cash in place, $50m.

so, excellent time to JLP indeed.
