21/6/2018 17:50 | He already holds 18.7% of this company and he will probably look to maintain his holding in any future funding round. There may also be others that have followed him into Dalradian that will have benefited from their announcement today. | boilandgas
21/6/2018 17:38 | Well for £18m Ross can buy 2 galantas gold!! Lol | panagos
21/6/2018 16:53 | Will this free up about £18m for Ross Beaty to increase his investment here? Much closer to planning and full production with a few readies. | boilandgas
21/6/2018 15:06 | At some point it has to give Nobby! Just wish this feeking court case would be out the way....... I am sure a lot of interested investors are held back because of that | panagos
21/6/2018 14:55 | It would make sense from a logistics point of view... Bizarre situation on the RSP at the moment with 50k being bid for at 5.483 whilst there are 55k offered at 4.75. Effectively backwardation.... | nobbygnome
21/6/2018 14:27 | ...The implications for Dalradian’s near neighbour, Galantas Gold Corp (CVE:GAL), are also interesting. Galantas is much smaller, but chief executive Roland Phelps has made no bones about the likelihood of a significant resource expansion, should funds become available. Will Orion look to consolidate the region once it’s got its hands on Dalradian? And if it does what kind of deals will it be offering?... | panagos
21/6/2018 14:26 | Yes ridiculous! And only Peel left on the 5.5p offer and the next one is at 6.4p. Looking encouraging dare I say.... Nobby | nobbygnome

21/6/2018 14:18 | Hmmm... TORONTO, June 21, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dalradian Resources Inc. (TSX:DNA) (AIM:DALR) ("Dalradian" or the "Company") and Orion Mine Finance are pleased to announce that the Company and certain affiliates of Orion Mine Finance (collectively, "Orion") have entered into a definitive arrangement agreement (the "Arrangement Agreement"), whereby Orion will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company ("Dalradian Shares") by way of a statutory plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) (the "Transaction"). Under the terms of the Arrangement Agreement, the Dalradian Shares held by certain members of the Dalradian senior management team, Sean Roosen and Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd (collectively, the "Remaining Shareholders") will not be acquired by Orion. The Arrangement Agreement Under the terms of the Arrangement Agreement, each Dalradian shareholder (other than the Remaining Shareholders) (the "Affected Dalradian Shareholders") will receive cash consideration of C$1.47 for each Dalradian Share held (the "Consideration"), valuing Dalradian's total equity at approximately C$537 million, on a fully diluted in-the-money basis. The Consideration represents a 62% premium to the closing price of the Dalradian Shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") on June 20, 2018 and a 49% premium to the volume weighted average price ("VWAP") of the Dalradian Shares over the last 30 trading days. | rambutan2
21/6/2018 13:50 | Encouraging movement today on only about £12k bought. Perhaps the MMs are short.... Surely the appeal ruling will come soon. I don't mind a ruling against the company as long as they can keep mining and shortly start processing the ore. Cash generation is not far away.....and the market cap is still only £10 million. Madness! | nobbygnome
08/6/2018 10:37 | Gerry Good to know they can attract local talent. | mineng
08/6/2018 08:12 | I have reason to know that Belfast Salt mines have lost 3 miners to Galantas in Omagh. Recently. Significant because leaving a job with a 40k starting salary for no qualifications and for life isn't easy. Gold fever. Good luck to them. | gerryjames
08/6/2018 01:19 | [...] Just tried again thinking it just doesn't allow me when editing but yo see the result again. Just thos bleedin' square brackets and the 3 dots. | the count
08/6/2018 01:19 | --->DOOBYDAVE I edited my post above and did as you said and the result is there for you to see. I just get 3 dots in brackets. Strange that it works for you and not for me, eh? I use Firefox as my browser so not sure if that would have any effect. A friend recommended I try inserting hTTp instead as it works for him, but again, I get the same results. Who knows? Maybe ADVFN have put a special ban on me. Regards, THE COUNT! | the count
07/6/2018 23:32 | The Count, Thanks for the article. As for the link, all you need to do is capitalise the H of http and it circumvents ADVFN silliness. Hence Give it a try. | doobydave
07/6/2018 13:37 | --->ALL Good artcle in Proactive Investor site yesterday.... [...] Galantas Gold should be in production in the third quarter of this year Sorry, I can't post internet links on ADVFN so I have stuck a space between each character in 'h t t p' in the link posted. Just remove the spaces and you should be able to read the article. Regards, THE COUNT! | the count
23/5/2018 09:34 | Q3 results out. Mine progress looks very satisfactory at first read. Cash on hand a pitiful CAD 182K at 31 March, loans from Roland notwithstanding. Will be nice to get some cashflow and start offsetting expenditure. | doobydave

17/5/2018 07:30 | >> david I have sent you a private message documenting all I know about IMM as you are polite and reasonable. | nobbygnome
16/5/2018 22:30 | Nobby - thanks for your polite reply. I'm not nasty and ignorant like the nutters on IMM but a humble PI who believed the IMM story and lost a lot of money on P3 results day which I hope to recoup one day after averaging down at 23p to around 52p weighted average - good money after bad probably. For all I know you're sincere and authentic and 100% right about the dodgy P140 science, P2 cherry-picking, incorrect dosing and poor trial design, even if the MOA might target the right cells autophagy and have pharmacological effect somewhere in the spleen-of-a-mouse / blood / lymph nodes / human skin (ha ha) - for either Lupus and / or other autoimmune diseases. I wonder what Simbec-Orion and Turner Pope are thinking / doing right now... I also believe and hope that Galantas Gold will come good - I can't see the appeal judge over-turning the judicidal review and further denying an opportunity for Roland Phelps et al to employ 200 people because of a technicality or environmental concern in the planning application. I'm impressed that you've visited the mine which I've thought about doing but haven't - but I've had a good look on google-earth / maps and I did once call the appellant (WD) at his B&B next to the mine to try to suss him out....... Here's hoping for a decision soon, completion of the underground mine development and a $2000+ gold price...... | davidh2133
16/5/2018 21:00 | “We are willing to indemnify the Trans Mountain expansion against unnecessary delays that are politically motivated,” - Finance Minister Bill Morneau such support would be nice here | bageo
15/5/2018 12:57 | i can but hope there will be a nice fat claim aginst the crettin holding us up for loss of revenue | petersmith6
15/5/2018 10:53 | Sorry just saw the above post. Yes I have been to the mine and seen it in operation. Very hopeful for a positive outcome......unlike Lupuzor which failed miserably. Nobby | nobbygnome |
