He already holds 18.7% of this company and he will probably look to maintain his holding in any future funding round.

There may also be others that have followed him into Dalradian that will have benefited from their announcement today.

Bizarre situation on the RSP at the moment with 50k being bid for at 5.483 whilst there are 55k offered at 4.75. Effectively backwardation....

TORONTO, June 21, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dalradian Resources Inc. (TSX:DNA) (AIM:DALR) ("Dalradian" or the "Company") and Orion Mine Finance are pleased to announce that the Company and certain affiliates of Orion Mine Finance (collectively, "Orion") have entered into a definitive arrangement agreement (the "Arrangement Agreement"), whereby Orion will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company ("Dalradian Shares") by way of a statutory plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) (the "Transaction"). Under the terms of the Arrangement Agreement, the Dalradian Shares held by certain members of the Dalradian senior management team, Sean Roosen and Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd (collectively, the "Remaining Shareholders") will not be acquired by Orion. Collectively, Orion and the Remaining Shareholders currently hold 72,695,911 Dalradian Shares or 20.4% of the issued and outstanding Dalradian Shares.

The Arrangement Agreement

Under the terms of the Arrangement Agreement, each Dalradian shareholder (other than the Remaining Shareholders) (the "Affected Dalradian Shareholders") will receive cash consideration of C$1.47 for each Dalradian Share held (the "Consideration"), valuing Dalradian's total equity at approximately C$537 million, on a fully diluted in-the-money basis. The Consideration represents a 62% premium to the closing price of the Dalradian Shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") on June 20, 2018 and a 49% premium to the volume weighted average price ("VWAP") of the Dalradian Shares over the last 30 trading days.

Encouraging movement today on only about £12k bought. Perhaps the MMs are short....

Surely the appeal ruling will come soon. I don't mind a ruling against the company as long as they can keep mining and shortly start processing the ore. Cash generation is not far away.....and the market cap is still only £10 million. Madness!

I have reason to know that Belfast Salt mines have lost 3 miners to Galantas in Omagh. Recently. Significant because leaving a job with a 40k starting salary for no qualifications and for life isn't easy. Gold fever.

I edited my post above and did as you said and the result is there for you to see. I just get 3 dots in brackets. Strange that it works for you and not for me, eh? I use Firefox as my browser so not sure if that would have any effect.

A friend recommended I try inserting hTTp instead as it works for him, but again, I get the same results.

Who knows? Maybe ADVFN have put a special ban on me.

Q3 results out. Mine progress looks very satisfactory at first read.

Cash on hand a pitiful CAD 182K at 31 March, loans from Roland notwithstanding. Will be nice to get some cashflow and start offsetting expenditure.

Nobby - thanks for your polite reply. I'm not nasty and ignorant like the nutters on IMM but a humble PI who believed the IMM story and lost a lot of money on P3 results day which I hope to recoup one day after averaging down at 23p to around 52p weighted average - good money after bad probably. For all I know you're sincere and authentic and 100% right about the dodgy P140 science, P2 cherry-picking, incorrect dosing and poor trial design, even if the MOA might target the right cells autophagy and have pharmacological effect somewhere in the spleen-of-a-mouse / blood / lymph nodes / human skin (ha ha) - for either Lupus and / or other autoimmune diseases. I wonder what Simbec-Orion and Turner Pope are thinking / doing right now...

I also believe and hope that Galantas Gold will come good - I can't see the appeal judge over-turning the judicidal review and further denying an opportunity for Roland Phelps et al to employ 200 people because of a technicality or environmental concern in the planning application. I'm impressed that you've visited the mine which I've thought about doing but haven't - but I've had a good look on google-earth / maps and I did once call the appellant (WD) at his B&B next to the mine to try to suss him out.......

Here's hoping for a decision soon, completion of the underground mine development and a $2000+ gold price......

Sorry just saw the above post. Yes I have been to the mine and seen it in operation. Very hopeful for a positive outcome......unlike Lupuzor which failed miserably.
