When on earth are we going to get the appeal judgement? I was lead to believe these were relatively simple issues so there is no excuse for such a long delay. You have to wonder about the legal system in this country....

Medium size sell of 125k shares this morning at 5p. Why would anyone sell at this level before the appeal judgment - unless they have a hint of a negative outcome?

Roland has given an interview with Proactive investors and he also goes a little into how good this deal is for the company. Very imaginative to say the least.

Yes magnificent news. No further dilution other than the warrants which are set 50% above the current price.

All we need now is a dismissal of the appeal and we are off to the races!

15 million USD investment at the current Share Price, to a single investor. Very low valuation considering its level of gold output. Results this month, last November showed a huge jump in cash to over 9.7 million USD. Rerate now undeway, and stock in very short supply.

This case is extremely unlikely to be allowed to go to the Supreme Court from what I’ve read. Only in exceptional circumstances would a matter like this end up in the Supreme Court.
