17/1/2018 11:05 | Panagos As I understand it, Dalradian are at the start of the mine planning application process, having been engaged in underground and surface exploration until now. I guess they likely have the same hurdles (if not more due to the larger scale and use of cyanide). | mineng
17/1/2018 09:24 | BTW I have always had this question. Why is not anyone taking dalradian to court for anvironmental issues? Aren't they located just next door to our mine? | panagos
16/1/2018 08:12 | Hi Nobby, for me the court case is a non issue. We have the CEO and Ross Beaty holding a huge chunck of stock. Gold is peaking up and proved reserves would provide an option (leverage) to gold price. The only important thing imho is for the drill bit to hit the yellow stuff in decent grades and amounts. Then the happy Irish leprechaun will be standing at the end of the rainbow holding a four leaf clover and a pot of gold! | panagos
16/1/2018 07:47 | >> pan I completely agree. The valuation looks absolutely ridiculous although I guess the appeal is affecting the price at present. I am slowly accumulating (bought 70k last Friday) and intend to build a big stake here over the coming weeks. Nobby | nobbygnome
15/1/2018 17:59 | Gold os trying to break out of the 52 week high today.... is gal totally umdevalued? Any news with the court appeal fiasco? | panagos

27/11/2017 18:00 | Lets see just how successful our moneybags cousin is as it heads into the murky depths of the N Irish planning system: TORONTO, November 27, 2017 /Marketwired/ - Dalradian Resources Inc. (TSX:DNA; AIM:DALR) ("Dalradian" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has submitted its planning application to permit the building of an underground mine and associated infrastructure at the Curraghinalt gold deposit (the "Planning Application") to the Northern Ireland Department for Infrastructure ("DfI"). The Company also announces closing of the private placement financing (the "Private Placement") with Orion Mine Finance Fund II LP ("Orion") and Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd ("Osisko") for gross proceeds of C$78.25 million. Patrick F. N. Anderson, Dalradian's President and CEO, commented: "This is an exciting day for Dalradian and for Northern Ireland. It is the culmination of seven years of exploration, engineering and environmental work on the Curraghinalt deposit and financings that have raised more than C$260 million for our work in Northern Ireland. We have transformed the project from a small, early-stage deposit to one of the best gold projects on the planet. Building and operating a mine at the Curraghinalt deposit will create at least 350 permanent direct jobs and is expected to give a US$1 billion boost to the local economy over the 25-year life of mine in the planning application. This will be one of the largest foreign direct investments to be made in Northern Ireland in recent years. | rambutan2

16/11/2017 10:15 | Panagos Ross Beaty is a serious player and well respected for sure. | mineng
03/11/2017 22:32 | This was always coming. No he doesn’t and I wonder if he’ll look back on these as years well spent. No doubt he has a big electric fence to keep out the locals, 150 of whom will rely on this company shortly for their livelihoods! | el_duderino_7885
03/11/2017 17:02 | Judicial review appeal seems late compared to timescales people have mentioned. Disappointing but can't see it stopping any progress - the judgement was very clear. Development of the underground seems to have accelerated which is good news. | bageo

26/10/2017 21:15 | I guess there will be modest fundraising along the way, besides this is how junior mines get funds afterall. Now the court is out of the equation the 100 or many 100s million question is there a lot of high grade yellow stuff in that undergroung hole? | panagos
26/10/2017 19:12 | I believe that any appeal would have to be announced as a material fact therefore it should all be clear. The judgement is very clear that the 2015 underground mining planning permission is lawful. Working capital should be less of an issue after the last announcment with the rent to buy on some underground equipment. This was always the intent. | bageo
25/10/2017 13:48 | The Judicial Review was completed on 29th September Appeals Procedure Court of Appeal In most cases permission to appeal to the Court of Appeal is required. The lower court may grant permission, but this is unusual as it is a way of saying that the judge accepts the decision may not be right. More often, permission is refused and one has to apply for permission from the Court of Appeal itself. It is vital to initiate this process quickly. One has to lodge an "Appellant's Notice" within 21 days of the decision to be appealed along with grounds of appeal. This is relatively easy to do, as the information required is not great. Nevertheless, full documentation and a skeleton argument in support have to be provided shortly after that. In cases where permission for judicial review is refused by the High Court, the Appellant's Notice must be lodged within one week (7 days). Since we have not heard anything relating to this long running saga. Can we assume that, subject to working capital restrictions there is nothing holding us back? | boilandgas
10/10/2017 11:53 | Interesting general update here: hxxp://www.proactive Doesn't add much but GAL situation is now much better: - pretty clear of judicial problems - sorted issues with PSNI re: blasting - has re-commissioned the mill in anticipation of restarting concentrate shipments - is pressing ahead with UG - found a stringer vein which may be re-intersected. Should provide some ore on way to Kearney vein Appears cheap and hopefully not far now from re-establishing production. Phelps hints at a few months. Had C$1.6m cash at June. Probably around C$1m now. Likely to need a small raise to accelerate development. Plus very little interest! | gb904150
03/10/2017 13:23 | Going up, valuation rediculous now de-risked. Ok, more funding could cause a bit of dilution but come on, there is so much room for shate price appreciation. We only need to hit more paydirt now and this share would be as good as gold! | panagos
30/9/2017 20:46 | Biggest risks are cashflow and the possibility of an appeal. From what I gather, the judgement took a long time but was extremely thorough. The fact that both a planning authority and a judge have reached the same decision and that no stone was left unturned in this judicial process means an appeal woukld be extremely unlikely to succeed. This wasn't a quick decision - it took 7 months! I would have thought the legal council of Mr Donnelly would have briefed him on this. Any subsequent appeal would surely be based on an emotional/ vindictive response rather than something that had a credible chance of success. For these reasons I don't think the company has any material planning issues to worry about now. The RNS from 1st August indicated feed from the stringer vein woukd begin processing within 10 weeks which is 1 week from now. If this timetable to correct we will finally have some cashflow. The stringer vein and offshoot they expect to intersect soon could well provide the company with sufficient capital to complete the underground mine construction. | el_duderino_7885
