cheers Nobby - I'd been keeping an eye on decisions but not the listings. It may or may not be connected - planning falls under Department for Infrastructure (was Department of the Environment).

Positive short term news today but still a worry longer term with PSNI.

Good info Nobby. I would have thought a successful day in court would help apply the necessary pressure on the PSNI to provide proper resources to the company with 130 local jobs at stake!

There is stock on offer at 5.9p on line so pretty sure that the 50k is a buy. It seems like a good price to me, although I probably have got enough....

I have been keeping an eye on the Belfast Court lists, the sad person that I am! I have noticed that there is a case being heard on Friday at 10:15 in the Nisi Prius court, which I think may be the judicial review outcome. It is listed under 'actions' as Donnelly versus the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, which I think is the relevant department. We know William Donnelly is the name of the guy bringing the case so it all fits.

So we may get the answer to the judicial review on Friday. With the announcement today as well, I would be surprised if a positive outcome didn't propel the price into double figures!

Still a lot of uncertainty though. They need far more cover to get the mine up and running .

Sorry to everyone for repeated posts but for me this info is very illuminating! The online quote for 25k is now 6.5p so still no cheaper offer although they will deal in a slightly bigger size now.

Only one MM on 6p after that 30k buy! They are bidding up for lots of stock so a further rise is imminent IMHO.

Just tried to get an on line quote to buy 25k and there was nothing offered. The best quote was to buy 10k at 6p exactly so no cheaper offer even for small size. MMs very twitchy here....perhaps the judicial review result really is imminent.

Seriously though the judicial review result is due imminently as we are close to the 3 month deadline and ultimately the explosives issue will be resolved, although it might take a while. So medium term things look bright IMHO (assuming the judicial review is positive).
