23/2/2012 19:10 | Great stuff! Well done Roland and all shareholders who have retained faith. Wonder what Katsy will make of this? | bamboo2
23/2/2012 19:07 | Back in business then and with gold at £1138 per troy oz and silver over £20 per oz we could see some decent cash flow soon. Well done Roland; well done Galantas; well done everyone for hanging in there. Now where are those drilling results and the reserves update? ttnyrp ... I'll join you. Cheers. | nat hart
23/2/2012 18:39 | This is great news - the first of many Well done to Galantas and patient holders | bageo
23/2/2012 18:29 | TomCo Energy [TOM] TomCo aim to be producing 9,500 bopd from their oil shale acreage in Utah USA using an innovative environmentally friendly technology called EcoShale. The technology has been licensed from their partner Red Leaf Resources and next door neighbour. Red Leaf are about to sign a $320M JV with a Super Major rumoured to be Total which would be a huge vote of confidence for both Red Leaf and Tomco's business plan. Well worth putting on your monitor. | neilsammonds
23/2/2012 18:23 | Cheers Selwyn! Next one is going down nicely too.. GALANTAS ANNOUNCES PERMIT TO EXPORT ROCK FROM OMAGH GOLD MINE | ttnyrp
23/2/2012 18:07 | So, fully back on track at last ... enjoy the drink :-) | selwynslacker
23/2/2012 15:24 | bamboo .. I agree and there is no doubt the sells are being matched with buys or the price would not be where it is. The company is changing hands and the stale bulls will hopefully be replaced with (very) patient long term holders. :-) | nat hart
23/2/2012 14:22 | But you can still sell 100k online for3.83p Or buy 100k online for 4p Very unusual I think theirs a seller and a buyer in the background edit price have now moved to 3.91p and 4-15p | richandjanet
23/2/2012 14:22 | Looks like 700k of sells so far today | richandjanet
23/2/2012 12:25 | Hi Nat, i do not have access to the trades until the end of the day, unless I log on to another well known share website, so I cannot comment with any detail, but surely any trade requires a seller and a buyer? It's not as though the 'market makers' take these shares into stock, until a willing buyer appears, is it? So whilst there is a seller [for whatever reason] there is also a buyer at this level, and this suggests that they will be looking to sell higher at some point in the future. | bamboo2
23/2/2012 11:42 | And another 500K sale. Somebody knows something. | nat hart
23/2/2012 09:50 | Its really a cese of how long they can continue minning without removing any waste What amazes me is that they seem to get away without releasing price sensitive information How many redundancies have there been Planning applications continually deferred They have been drilling now for a long time with very few drill results released And if there is bad news they only release when they have no alternative They never give a production forecast On the plus side we are now valued as an explorer and still in a 100% better position than we were 2 years ago | richandjanet
22/2/2012 22:44 | Not me selling. I would probably drop a few at 6p to reduce the risk - but sub 4p is just too cheap. | elban
22/2/2012 22:36 | 500K sale after the bell. Our seller is desperate to get out. | nat hart
22/2/2012 11:31 | Even Phelps has no inexhaustible patience and would not be willing to pay aggregates tax to paddies for the privilege of supplying substrata for their admittedly pokey roads. My guess is he is running the venture down and will sell gold in situ to some deep pocket, then take a runner with his maturing loans. Then you wait for miraculous revival, like Phoenix from the ashes, when Au about $5K or so per troz. Until ten you may kiss goodbye to your monies( I sold out at >6p). | fatso
22/2/2012 11:08 | I'm with Nat on this one. Falling production due to lower grades (only the mineralised waste is being processed) plus redundancies, the news cannot be good. I wonder how long it will be before the drilling program is scaled back. Gal still has the potential but it need to focus on proving up minable reserves and I am still sceptical of the viability of underground. Planning will always be an issue on the current site due to local issues and tailing disposal. If they are going to become an exploration company again they should look at the discoveries the announced in 2008 which are away from populated areas IMO. | troggy1969
22/2/2012 11:05 | r&j thanks. I have never been involved though I looked a few times. 21 Feb'12 - 17:19 - 7561 of 7575 says it all for me. We may be here for some time. | nat hart
22/2/2012 09:45 | My guess is that this is someone who has accumulated 5 to 6 million GAL shares and got his fingures burned on NGL and now is selling here and has been for quite a while | richandjanet
22/2/2012 09:35 | rather bizarre share price behaviour over recent days | spaceparallax
22/2/2012 08:28 | Early morning and again our seller sets the scene for the day and look at Canada as well. I get the feeling there is some not very good news around. If not then someone with a lot of shares has an agenda. | nat hart
21/2/2012 21:24 | Well the endless selling continues Umbelievablly short sighted 6 drilling rigs on site even if the reserves are increased to only 600k ozs at a conservative valuation of $100 an ozs Mkt cap would be approaching £40ml | richandjanet
21/2/2012 11:30 | Looks like the share price is back into recovery mode | richandjanet
20/2/2012 19:04 | In spite of the frustrations here, there has been good volume today, and in recent weeks. It would be nice to have some updates of large holders holdings, but I seem to remember there was some reason we don't get that kind of info. | bamboo2
20/2/2012 15:11 | This is hands down the most infuriating share I've ever had the misfortune to own... | georgethefourth |
