Thanks. Uk investors have Scotgold's Cononish experience at the back of ther minds I expect. Maybe Canadian investors can't imagine the uncertainties of an old system like the Dalradian ? Seems gold production rate is realy in the lap of the gods.

Its a market Mr Count. Not even the main market is set up to 'value' a share - or even to guarantee any share turnover. Stop whingeing about it - or tell us your fully worked out solution. Or maybe you want some tax inspector to 'value' it and trade it for you. Sensible investors take advantage of markets that don't do either.

And there you have it.

How totally useless the market is here in the UK, and our investors just selling as soon as they get a chance.

!0,000 shares sold at just above the touch price of 37p, and now the MMs will only allow a sell of 500 shares at 37p. That is not an effective market, that is just a scam for MMs to make easy money on ridiculously wide spreads, and allowing themselves the opportunity to turn off the taps when they don't want to play ball.

Must be a catchup to the Canadian action yesterday. I can't find any other reason.

The MMs can't allow too much of a discrepancy in the 2 prices separated by the pond.

I can only imagine the north American buying is as a result of north american investors being swayed by the recent bullish presentations by the CEO along with imminent commencement of production.

Shows how totally useless the UK investment market is, especially on AIM.

Indeed - Lurker, and that Cornford, were suggesting Galantas was off to the races when it was at 45p or so a year ago, suggesting 65p was imminent - weeks later it fell to 20p at which point Lurker started to become bearish and tried to suggest a placing was imminent - the stock then climbed around 60pc!

This combination (Lurker/Cornford) is a true contrarian signal across many stocks. Look at their record on NCCL,

This from Cornford in May 21 re Galantas:

"Galantas (LON:GAL) is on a roll, and will maybe hit the 60s, at which time it may be right to take a short-term profit"

It dropped in the short term to 20p rather than heading higher to the 60p he forecast.

As for NCCL, around the same time (July 21) Cornford wrote:

Ncondezi Energy (LON:NCCL) (market Cap £10m @ 2.7p) is one who depended on both China and GEC and whose investors have been nervous accordingly.....but is very unlikely to be because the government is dragging its feet and that the project will be dropped – which is the nervous nellies’ fear..... For seasoned investors with a ‘balanced portfolio’ strategy where part is of high risk but with potentially much higher reward, NCCL’s shares offer a balance of a 4-5 fold potential profit over the coming year.......

NCCL is currenlty 0.5p!!

Any thoughts Lurker? NO, thought not.

Chuckle chuckle.

confirmed, the interviewer was an early investor in Dalaradian at 20cents and wants to replicate that success with gal.

I listen to them Mr Count - and judge that a CEO planning (or at risk) of having to come to the market won't say so in a podcast to retail investors. Do think, please !
