The fact that they've got a placing just below current levels means they're unlikely to drop below that for a while. And if the placing is significent then they've done very well. My point was if the original company has so much value and prospects why not have a floating in it's own right rather than be bought out on inflated shares. But with a substantial placing the shares will be much less inflated. | plainz | |
19/1/2006 16:22 | plainz if you're not familiar with shorting, this is definately not for you, since liquidity is thin even though it is overpriced, just look at white nile. stocks like this do adjust back to realistic levels but it's all about timing on such stocks. believe me when reality kicks in (when ever that might be) the selling will intensify so much you won't believe it as did the buying from 5p onwards. hope this helps | indian3 |
