New bank facility

Future plc (LSE: FUTR; "Future"), the global platform for specialist media, is pleased to announce the signing of a new GBP90 million multicurrency Revolving Credit Facility ("RCF"). The RCF, which replaces Future's existing debt facilities, has an initial maturity of February 2023 and includes an incremental uncommitted GBP45 million accordion, providing additional flexibility. The RCF has improved terms on the existing debt facilities and is being provided by HSBC, Natwest and Bank of Ireland.
