out of principle I wont be buying even 1 share

large amounts of options at 0p

while the 2 recipients do not own 1 share.

Completely unacceptable imo....so I'll be staying away.

(dirs. need to put some hard cash on the table and buy some shares ...and align themselves with shareholders ..if they also want any options)

at most companies the dirs. must also own some shares before they get options....and relative to number of options....so, to get 100k of options you might need to first own 50k shares
