I think that looks like an accumulation funnel on the chart with a widening mouth.

Reach is often compared with Future , in the hope that Reach will reproduce the success of Future . So , today , I note that Future's share price is up 6.37% ( 4.17% for Reach ) , p/e for Future is 13.31 ( 2.74 for Reach ) , and dividend yield is 0.15% for Future ( 6.72 % for Reach ) . All figures are from the admittedly unsophisticated Hargreaves Lansdown site . A subscription-only tip sheet recently commented about Reach " Based on eps of 33.8p and dividend of 7.5p for the current year , the p/e is 3.6 and yield 6.2% . I find it hard not to see incredible value here " . That was when the share price was £ 1.21 which , given that the price is now about £ 1.07 , explains the increasingly attractive p/e ratio and dividend yield as indicated now by Hargreaves Lansdown . Taking the recent cluster buying in the £ 1.22.9 - £ 1.24.7 range by directors as a hint , I have bought back in .

It will be interesting to see which of the shorters will be the first to start buying back the shares - Blackrock or Marble Arch to avoid being roasted. Whenever it happens I will buy shares on a big -time trade to increase their pain (as well as maintain my core holding). Current p/e just 10

Another impressive TU. Eventually the market will have to rate this company on its fundamentals and growth record and the shorters will have to buy back at least 1.5m shares.

Doubt it. They are all in the same boat.

This is on a current P/E of circa 10.5 . It’s getting really silly. Next TU est in circa 5 weeks .Big media players will be eyeing this up for sure because it’s in bargain territory.

Can't believe this continues to fall, although general market sentiment dictates it. This must soon if not already, be on the radar of PE. A solid company, with great recent results, not massively burdened with debt, and good prospects. One to tuck away I believe. AIMHO

Anyone buying yet? The GOCO deal must be looking like a bargain now considering the current economic climate. I'm not sure at what price to get in?

I don’t need luck - just need Zillah to deliver to perform how she does year in year out unlike most other CEO’s. And her husband’s backed her with another share purchase yesterday - don’t think he’d be doing that without a nod and a wink.

FUTR might trade on 3x revenues. However, it has BIG profit margins.

I'd compare earnings with market cap + debt to get a fundamental evaluation.

Future has 5pc organic rev growth now after all the acquisitions. Yet it trades on 3x revs. Good luck with that. Reach has flat rev growth and trades at half revs or something like it. Hence Reach starting to outperform it.

Leverage(4) of 1.46x (FY 2021: 0.8x and down from 1.9x following the Dennis acquisition on 1 October). This reflects continued rapid de-levering, resulting in net debt(9) at the end of the half year of GBP388.7m (FY 2021: GBP176.3m)

Unfortunately Reach (which I also hold) has a pension deficit and in comparison grows at a snail’s pace (or not at all) compared to Future which delivers year after year.

Mcap of almost 2b. Reach delivered similar operating profits with mcap of less then 400m....

Never understand why Future excludes amortisation of purchased intangibles from adjusted its profit figures - the results include the income generated from those assets, so why exclude the cost of the assets. Bit misleading.

If they would rather refer to more cash based (EBITDA) measures on top of headline figures, they can, but to simply reported adjusted profit which includes the income generated from the cost of assets they exclude, it is a bit poor.

quite correct.from having 7.1mn shares as of 11/2 they now have 6mn or less. For the record there is a write-up in Shares magazine today. Nervously bullish is how I would describe it, ahead of interim results on May 18th.

I see a holdings announcement this morning, one of the things I can never get to grips with these is these announcements as I find they lack clarity, am I correct that the one this morning shows Abrdn dropping from 5.8% to below 5%, if reading this incorrectly would someone please help me to understand these , thank you
