this has been a t/o target for 10 years... never happened and IMO never will... there is a reason that Barder hold FA stock and pays himself in cash...

Must be a vague unsubstantiated rumour or it wouldn't drop so much. Maybe the next news will be more likely a placing. Being pushed down for that imv.

I agree that the rise from 30 to 47 was mainly caused by all the media articles/notes/ ramps but unfortunately that just gets the short term punters in looking for a small buck. Not sure what was expected with these interims but absolutely nothing changed for the long holder looking for the big bucks.Come Jan these will be much higher (assuming good trial results) which whilst looking ever more likely is not guaranteed.holding and accumulating

Although High risk, I do think that they will get the funding required,

The cannabidiol venture seems a strange thing to be spending time and money on. It's a very vague idea, at best. It's not even clear what the potential formulation is meant to be for. Waffle about pain and inflammation but where's the science?

The volume and 100k trades would suggest institutional selling

Unfortunately Glavey I see it as they obviously feel that RNS re cannaboil should schmooze investors into believing it is a wonder drug. We had numerous interested parties prior fund raise at pathetic 7p. And every one wondered why the main beneficiary of that funding has been off loading ever since. Then we have a dilution on its way which was always going to be happening. And now we are going to go into a 2nd phase three really?? And where have all the interested pharmas gone (LOL) Unless you have invested believing all the rampastic posts of £1.10 to £3 and beyond. Expect this to drop another 5 -10% tomorrow. I personally see 80% continuing on full strength as pretty dismal as says to me those on 2 and 4 percent were not impressed enough and therefore going for the 6%. But do not forget the higher the dose the more chance of the cream passing over to your partner who may develop hard looking lips. After the obvious mis info we were given last time by JB this big drop does not surprise me and last time dropped from 30p to 7p. This time 40p to what 10p or 15p. This is share price has risen on no news on my opinion and has risen due to one article published and significant ramping on all investor boards. The above is all my opinion but looks like a replication of the time before the last fund raise.

Time is running out and so is the money. Investors have flocked for those reasons. Its an high risk share that has already crashed previously.

This company reminds me so much of Globo a complete sham. It has been promising all sorts of tie ups with pharma co's but has never actually achieved anything Now a tie-up with a company registered at the beginning of August this year!!! I think Globo's customers were actually all co.s they had set up. All in my humble opinion and do your own research.

I imagine many punters have sold at a considerable loss today, because they have been panicked by MM manipulation. If a moment or two was spent studying today's statement nothing has changed, save we are nearer the third phase results. Our expenditure is what was predicted a year ago.Our resources reflect that assumption. We are funded for a year. The whole future of the company is dependant upon a successful out come in December. It always has been. What did investors expect today that was not delivered? This is a classic example why most private investors never make money, they buy at the top and sell at the bottom. The MM's see you a mile off.

Barder is the problem here, totally out of his depth commercially and as evidenced in the past willing to take substantial financial risks (LO rescue funding)

well it wasnt long ago that Barder had a plethora of deals at the ready from large cap pharma... then what happened was a 90% tanking of the share and a confetti dilution at 7p... personally i would take anything he says on the funding side with a pinch of salt...

hxxps://webcasting.brrmedia.co.uk/broadcast/5d764c88276017390800a4db This is the webcast - in the slides they talked about funding and looking at non dilutory funding - no mention of diltory funding as mentioned in the RNS.

Doesn't the timing of the announcement that "a company (that) has been established and funded to specifically exploit the therapeutic potential of Cannabis" coming a day before the results raise an eyebrow?

Wouldn't it be sensible to try a raise now given the (ahem)'elevated' s/p. "...to complete the second Phase 3 study (FM59) which the Group intends to commence during 2020, assuming that the results of FM57 are positive." That's funny, wasn't someone, back in the summer, selling the view that a successful product was just months away?

"Most patients have elected to continue into the open-label, Phase 3, safety stage in which all patients are on the highest dose of MED2005." "That is very encouraging as they are unlikely to want to continue if they did not see benefits with med2005." Or it could mean that many did not see much / any benefit from the (unspecified) doses they received so wanted to try the maximum.

i sold out.. too much risk of placing at the wrong level now... with Barder at the helm... he has done so many rinse repeat cash raising cycles that I'm now wary... doesn't help that he has hardly any stock himself (most of which he got in the confetti placing for his mates at Lombard..)STRONG SELL

Yes, unless you know what the breakdown across the arms was of those continuing into the extension, the 80% figure doesn't mean much. At most only around a fifth of them will have already had the maximum dose, so one can reasonably assume that most men in the extension study are there because it's the only way to be certain they've tried the highest dose.
