07/8/2019 11:23 | SP drifting a bit at the moement - get the summer out of the way and look forward to the Autumn
Maybe Boris will announce an ED issue to gain some sympathy votes - that will perk things up :-) | ragnarr
07/8/2019 10:46 | You are not a shareholder so presumably you don't give a toss. The co could have licenced the med already, but commercial partners have indicated they would pay 50% more on successful completion of phase 3 trials. | j777j
07/8/2019 04:47 | Actually I've simply been observing the nature of your posting and still do so.
This little gem for example "Don't forget futura already received offers..." | glavey
06/8/2019 11:26 | You have spent 6 months months telling us it wont rise because LO was a seller.
Now you are guessing Berenburg is a buyer.
Lol | j777j | |
06/8/2019 11:24 | No greater strength than holding upIn such poor market conditions.Berenburg buying? | wantage
06/8/2019 06:03 | Yes, just weeks away as you have been telling everyone for the past four or five months. | glavey
05/8/2019 14:44 | Don't forget futura already received offers, but were told they can get at least 50% more after successful phase 3.That is their strategy, so presumably it will simply be a case of final bids in nov or dec.Really not long to wait now. | j777j
05/8/2019 13:42 | j777j - :-) | ragnarr
05/8/2019 12:42 | Headline results will be released possibly nov or def dec.
That is just a few weeks away now.
Co has received "huge interest" and likely will sign a deal very close to results,if not taken over before then.
Liberum have forecast a 140p valuation, though I think that is very conservative.
$90 million in upfront and milestone payments have already been forecast. Those alone cover almost the entire market cap.
15% royalties on peak sales of $1.2 billion would equate to $180 million royalties per annum.
Then there are the pain gels.
You can add another zero to the share price if I am only half right.

05/8/2019 11:04 | Just a word of warning here re Med 2005 – The Estimated Primary completion date of the trial is 16th Oct but that isn’t the when the results are available the actual Study completion won’t be until well into 2020 after every participants results have been examined and any secondary measures (or adverse events) have been dealt with.
Of course after October updates will be made and I expect/hope them to be very positive but we are a long way off commercialisation of the product and all the lovely potential market figures. That said if all goes according to plan those lovely figures become reality.
The most immediate news will be the marketing Authorisation of TPR100 by Thornton and Ross – with the filing submitted back in July 18 and the last statement stated that additional lab work requested would be completed and responded to in September 19 with a view to approval hopefully by the end of the year.
Again the potential market figures for this product are quite mind boggling but we do have a few months of patience ahead.
For the record Im not trying be de-ramp anything or be negative – Futura is my largest holding and do expect to see pounds not pence but we have a little way to go so patience is a virtue and I would personally rather keep the pump and dump crew out of it. | ragnarr
05/8/2019 08:50 | Zak Mir slapped an 80p price target in the next few weeks.
August 2016 shares went from 14p to 90p in around 6 weeks.
This august they are weeks away from Phase 3 results.

05/8/2019 08:48 | Resistance of 43.75 is broken now and FUM will be heading towards 50.0 | bag158s
05/8/2019 08:39 | If it was to happen am almost 100% sure it would be all cash.
The collapse of Sterling only makes it more attractive to a foreign bidder or licencee.
"Tell me why I do like mondays?" | j777j
04/8/2019 23:28 | You can select either shares in the new company, cash, or a lifetime supply of Med..... | tommyl1
04/8/2019 00:32 | I've got some shares in this company and appears to be alot of positive vibes which is great to hear, but what would happen to my shares If a company takes over the FUM? or is that unlikely? Assuming trial 3 is a success | sibeks
03/8/2019 05:18 | Yes, out of this world. | glavey
02/8/2019 12:01 | Chart looking stellar.
STRONG BUY
The Barchart Technical Opinion rating is a 100% Buy with a Strongest short term outlook on maintaining the current direction.
Longer term, the trend strength is Maximum. Long term indicators fully support a continuation of the trend.
Weak holders been washed out again. | j777j

30/7/2019 13:25 | Glavey - I read this thread when I need cheering up because of the total sh..te written. I hear AML might offer for FUM to help harden their SP!! | slaccs
30/7/2019 01:37 | And you have been talking it up, at significantly greater frequency. It was down for a reason.
Excuse me if I don't join you in any attempt at making puerile personal comment. | glavey
