New broker -its good news as they can offer much more than previous one and will want toshow how they can do this and get the share price back to a sensible level. In my view some good news is due and they want the new broker to deal with this. Could well be approval for use of the pain products which is due anytime now. Rhat would give abig lift to the share price.

If only sensible people held shares. This is positive news they are a far bigger company than Singer. It has nothing to do with a placing.FUM are completely funded for the foreseeable future. The MM's saw you coming and have mugged you yet again.

Typical that any placing could have been done in mid 20s. So why leave till now, when so many institutions have been burnt in this stock, how areLiberum going to get it away except at big discount?Wonder how LO will play it.Every time step forward, one can guarantee step back.

As I have said on previous occasions the risk here is barder, he is out of his depth and will probably be persuaded to raise funds

People are selling a share at 22p that could be worth north of 220p if trials are a success.10 bag country.

A guess based on nothing. Why would LO dump now when they could have sold at 28/29p .MM's don't play the market, they engineer a situation to maximise the number trades.Clearly they are succeeding assisted no doubt by foolish observations.

A key margin of safety in the firm of the $600million pa market of those contraindicated to Viagra and Cialis.15% royalties on that alone is $90 million pa in the bank of Futura.Rest is all icing.

Decent consolidation took out the overbought conditions. At some point people will realise what $50 million pa type royalties over the next few years,up to the $200 million mark if the company achieves forecast peak sales, means in terms of valuation. It went from 20p to 90p in a few days a couple of years ago.You can clearly see why.We will know by year end.Gla

Too true, Glavey, the stupidity of JJJ and his fellow rampers is quite embarrassing. MED won't hit the shelves until 2022 at the earliest and by the time it reaches "peak sales" the patent will have expired. In the meantime FUM will need funds to survive that long and seeing IIs will no longer touch this with a bargepole unless they're more or less given shares (Lombard at 7p), then the best way out is a cheap buy out which will be accepted by the likes of the directors, Lombard and the mysterious T Adams who have either bought in at 7p or averaged down significantly to close to that figure. Sub 40p buy out at best IMO or bust if failing to meet primary end points in Phase 3.
