Quick description of LiarBO and his lying, scheming, dishonest stock bashing ways -

Stock bashing has become very common in the digital world and often occurs on online trading platforms. Sophisticated technology makes it easy for bashers to remain anonymous. As such, it can be difficult to track, identify, and stop bashers in their tracks.

As the internet makes participation in the stock market more accessible to more people, new investors emerging in the market are especially vulnerable to the tactics of stock bashers, and many investor boards exist to attempt to track perpetrators.

Though notoriously difficult to track, some bashers have been identified and prosecuted. From time to time, confessional essays about the tactics of bashers emerge online, although these essays are typically also either anonymous or pseudonymous. Many investors speculate this type of behavior tends to follow certain patterns, including a tendency for bashers to only bash stocks which are generally trending upwards and showing potential.

Having said that, financial regulators constantly monitor the markets for what they call bad actors or stock bashers. According to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), investors may find it difficult to get information about these securities and any tidbits they may find can lead them to act even if it's misinformation. That's why FINRA warned investment firms and broker-dealers to put controls in place that would raise red flags on any suspicious activity

Hahaha! Listen to LiarBO getting all confused again! He bleated 'The ramper has proven himself with his own link about spontaneous recovery in ED that all the Med3000 tests results he claims were passed were all deficient. Those uncontrolled test results by his own admission included a large percentage of users who would just have had the same spontaneous recovery he highlighted and so the so called effect seen was nothing to do with MED3000 at all! LOL '
Well, he got one bit right- 'nothing to do with MED3000 at all! LOL' That's because the link was about PDEE5i users discontinuing! It's difficult to believe that someone could be so stupid!
I also noticed that in his haste to be a fool, he didn't address the fact that my post proved him to be lying when he stated that most people who discontinue PDE5i use do so because of inefficacy. My link proved him totally wrong and to be lying and stock bashing as usual, and his response proved that even more so.

The ramper yet again cannot substantiate any of his false claims. All the objective evidence from the wider scientific and academic community proves he is deliberately misleading others about medical device conformity checks by notified bodies for low class devices being equivalent to substantiating claims of an effect beyond a placebo.

Researchers call for stricter rules on drug-like medical devices

More oversight is needed over products in the grey area between medical device and medication

Powders, tablets and gels used like medications but registered as medical devices the same category plasters and pacemakers fall into need tighter controls, a team of clinical researchers has concluded after studying several such materials. Products that fall into this regulatory grey zone don’t need to prove their efficacy or safety in the same way pharmaceuticals do, which could be a concern for vulnerable patients

According to European regulations, medical devices are used for diagnosis, prevention or treatment of disease, but unlike drugs their primary mode of action isn’t biological. The definition includes everything from medical software to wound dressings and surgical instruments

Manufacturers need to demonstrate medical devices safety and performance. An organisation called a notified body then assesses the products conformity and grants it a CE mark. But Van Winckel and her colleagues found only poor clinical evidence for the three devices they investigated. Studies were small or of low quality, often missing placebo controls. In some cases, there was no data at all, for example to show the effect

The researchers also highlighted the lack of safety information in the devices instruction leaflets. There was no or little mention of interactions with other compounds, maximum safe dose or adverse effects

Oral powders or gels, sold as medical devices in the European Union (EU), aren’t regulated to the same safety standards as those applied to medicines

As a result, these products, which look like medicines, can be marketed with very limited clinical data and accompanied by poor quality product information.

require only certification with a CE (quality) kitemark before the product can be marketed.

This process doesn’t require evidence of efficacy or safety from high quality clinical trials, as is the case for medicines.

It also means that these products can automatically be sold without a prescription across the EU, and actively marketed to patients and clinicians.

The ramper has proven himself with his own link about spontaneous recovery in ED that all the Med3000 tests results he claims were passed were all deficient. Those uncontrolled test results by his own admission included a large percentage of users who would just have had the same spontaneous recovery he highlighted and so the so called effect seen was nothing to do with MED3000 at all! LOL

‘In age-specific analysis, spontaneous recovery of EF was the most common reason for respondents aged 30–39 years (58.8%’

‘The proportion of discontinuation due to spontaneous recovery of EF was greater in the non-comorbid group (47.7%)’

‘randomized clinical trials with inadequate blinding report enhanced placebo effects for intervention groups and nocebo effects for placebo groups? A protocol for a meta- epidemiological study of PDE-5 inhibitors

A particular treatment effect may exert both non- specific and specific effects. A non-specific treatment effect is an outcome that does not arise according to an intended mechanism of action. This can be a response to a placebo but can also reflect a spontaneous symptom improvement’

Are the rampers now accusing the SMSNA, the ASA, and the Courts of stock bashing when they apply the objective views of the wider scientific and academic community? It has been ruled that medical devices and health products that have not undergone adequately controlled and blinded studies cannot substantiate any effect beyond a placebo. Even the ramper just proved that ED can spontaneously improve with no treatment and debunking the so called effects seen in the uncontrolled and unblinded studies.

Because the trial was not placebo-controlled, we considered AcceleDent had not provided adequate evidence to support the claim ˜AcceleDent’ is also clinically proven to reduce the pain and discomfort associated with braces and aligners by up to 71%. We concluded that the claim had not been substantiated and was misleading.

On that point the claim breached CAP Code (Edition 12) rules 3.1 (Misleading advertising), 3.7 (Substantiation) and 12.1 Medicines, medical devices, health-related products and beauty products.

Assessment

Upheld

The ASA noted that the product appeared to meet the requirements of the Medical Device Directive (MDD) but understood that the MDD did not harmonise EU law relating the advertising of medical devices, which was subject to Directive 2005/29/EC on unfair business to consumer commercial practices (including advertising) generally (Unfair commercial practices directive - UCPD). That meant that advertisers must still meet the requirements of the CAP Code, which reflected the provisions of UCPD. Under the CAP and BCAP Codes, medical claims could be made for CE-marked medical devices provided they complied with other requirements of the Codes, including those relating to substantiation. We understood that the Aerosure Medic was classified as Class I medical device. Class I medical devices were generally CE-marked on a self-declaration basis. CE certification in itself does not constitute evidence for medical efficacy claims, and advertisers need to ensure that they hold evidence for such claims.

There was no statistically significant difference between the outcomes for the treatment group (patients using the Aerosure device) and the control group (using an inactive sham device). The study was accordingly not adequate evidence of the efficacy of the device.

Its all based on a sham placebo medical device gel being ramped by ramping scammers making false claima they cannot substantiate all over the internet!

Recent research has shown that the placebo effect is not only similar for medical devices to medical trials; it is considerably larger, the effect of a sham device is almost three times that of an oral placebo.

Placebo Treatment: Don't Eat It, Rub it!

indications to suggest that a topical placebo induces stronger effects than an oral one.

A stock basher is someone who manipulates the market to cause a drop in asset prices.
Stock bashers disseminate misinformation in the hopes that investors will believe the false claims and sell their stock before the price drops.
These individuals often target low-priced companies that have little to no available information on the market and may have positions in assets whose prices fall.
Some bashers may act alone or in groups or they may work on behalf of other individuals.
Stock bashing is illegal and may be subject to fines and prosecution.

So now the ramper is admitting ‘spontaneous recovery’ occurs in ED without any treatment! Did that happen in FM71 also? So no treatment at all is effective 30% of time and even higher in some groups! And what was the Futura baseline? Thanks for highlighting why uncontrolled unblinded studies in ED are DEFICIENT and have not proven MED3000 is having any effect itself!

‘At the start of the trial, 62% of all participants were able to attain an erection that was firm enough for penetration’

And what percentage of users will wont want a burning pain medical device dependent intercourse from the highly questionable efficacy MED3000 gell needing to be massaged in? And what percentage wont like the high cost of being swindled into paying over the odds for basically a cooling medical device lubricant/arousal gel made of just alcohol, water and glycol which can have the same onset time as Med3000 but was proven less effective then the lowest possible dose of Tadalafil? And cant even substantiate any effect beyond placebo or spontaneous recovery!

Some scam! And the rampers have now proven it themselves!

ROFLMAO
