Resignation of Nomad and Broker

The Company announces the resignation of Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited ("Stifel") from its position as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Broker, of which the Company was given notice from Stifel after U.K. close of business on 19 June 2017. The resignation will take effect from 5.00 p.m. U.K. close of business today, Tuesday 20 June 2017. This will result in the suspension of dealings in the Company's Ordinary Shares with effect from 7:30 a.m on 21 June 2017, before cancellation of the listing on 27 June 2017.
