20/1/2010 07:51 | We should hear something soon. imo. | monis
19/1/2010 15:36 | I considered buying shares in this company today but decided not to in the end. The share price is not stable enough for me. I prefer to see a smoother, more consistent price movement. I hope the preliminary approach made to the company in mid-November 2009 results in some benefit to holders. For what it's worth, a fair value per share would seem to be about 7p, with 177,940,743 shares in issue. | ianctaylor
19/1/2010 09:14 | We appear to be off the radar from most investors, which is good news for anyone considering taking us over imo. | monis
19/1/2010 09:05 | Good sign for holders. | monis
19/1/2010 08:59 | A couple of dummy trades this morning - for 10k - reveals that the online quote is in fact 3.35/3.45p which should be giving us a mid price of 3.40p and not the shown 3.25p. What's happened to the Money Makers' usual scandalous spread of 20-30%? Are they actually admitting to being short of stock? A few more 'buy' orders and we could find out ..... | ansc
18/1/2010 15:46 | or perhaps a rollover possibly. | monis
18/1/2010 15:33 | 2x 100k buys just gone through. imo. | monis
18/1/2010 08:11 | Having looked at the figures over the weekend again we do look very undervalued at this level imo. We should see imo, if an actual offer is forthcoming, a decent rise from here imo. dyor. | monis
15/1/2010 17:35 | I'm in no rush either as you say, just let them do what they need to do. However, it's been a while now so i would guess that we would hear something soon. | monis
15/1/2010 17:30 | We are very much undervalued as we stand that's for sure imo, dyor. | monis
15/1/2010 17:05 | I'm not holding my breath. Due diligence checking can seem like it's taking an age sometimes but I'm not in a rush so the mystery company can take as long as they need to complete the job satisfactorily. As to worth, how long is a piece of string? Your guess is as good as anyone's. Obviously I hope the value will be well North of where we stand today otherwise I'd not be looking to buy more shares. But that's a gamble I'm prepared to take, not knowing any more than any other FUL investor? | ansc
15/1/2010 14:33 | I would expect news as soon as next week regarding an update on the possible bid. imo. | monis
15/1/2010 12:57 | ansc - what do you think the company is worth to a potential bidder? | monis
15/1/2010 12:54 | smarkmmm - My apologies, you are absolutely right. What I didn't appreciate was the fact that even when a bid had not been received, just an approach as in FUL's case, it was still deemed to be a bid situation under the provisions of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers. Many thanks for putting me right. It just goes to show that you're never to old to learn! | ansc
15/1/2010 11:32 | What do we think a realistic takeover price could be? | monis
15/1/2010 11:07 | moving up again. | monis
15/1/2010 10:34 | ansc - this is the legal bit - note the "all dealings". FORM 8.3 DEALINGS BY PERSONS WITH INTERESTS IN SECURITIES REPRESENTING 1% OR MORE Under the provisions of Rule 8.3 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Code"), if any person is, or becomes, "interested" (directly or indirectly) in 1% or more of any class of "relevant securities" of the Company, all "dealings" in any "relevant securities" of that company (including by means of an option in respect of, or a derivative referenced to, any such "relevant securities") must be publicly disclosed by no later than 3.30 pm (London time) on the London business day following the date of the relevant transaction. This requirement will continue until the date on which the offer becomes, or is declared, unconditional as to acceptances, lapses or is otherwise withdrawn or on which the "offer period" otherwise ends. | smarkmmm
15/1/2010 07:46 | ansc- could be too late to get more at 2.85p now. | monis
14/1/2010 20:57 | I'm not sure your interpretation of yesterday's RNS is correct, smarkmmm. Whilst I agree that Rathbone Nominees have been a significant holder for over two years, the RNS clearly indicates them going long for 6,165,720 shares; there would be no statutory need for them to notify the sale of 22,605 shares. To clarify the situation, however, I will make a phone call in the morning. Today's rise was not on my script, I want a move in the opposite direction so that I can buy more at 2.85p! | ansc
14/1/2010 15:32 | hello! another tick up. | monis
14/1/2010 15:30 | smarkmmm- Could be right. Tick up anyway, news must be soon. | monis
14/1/2010 12:25 | Rathbone already held the shares - see AR 09: Rathbone Nominees Limited 6,630,810 3.7%. The Rule 8.3 RNS was to notify the sale of 22,605 shares at 2.54p unless I'm mistaken. No significance. | smarkmmm
14/1/2010 10:31 | Should hear something soon imo. | monis
14/1/2010 08:53 | It's a very positive sign imo. | monis |
