brookemia: Many tales like this🥴 and before the smart asses add their comments, many people have been suckered in since time immemorial by tales of El Dorado and hidden riches😔 Sol633 Posts: 246 Price: 0.00 No Opinion RE: Zaza & GGToday 07:34 Hi Scottles, I've lost my house, now my job, my kids inheritence, and so much more. I worked hard for 22Yrs in one job then 13 in another. Missed my kids growing up, doing the family things, chasing financial security for them. Even if I did get some back it's too late to recoup the lost things already. I have a very small holding in BPC, that would put food on the table for a few months. As for ZaZa once we know our final outcome, and Covid sorted, I will meet face to face once I find him and tell him what I think. GL ReplyRecommend (18)Report Post Scottles Posts: 1 Price: 0.00 No Opinion RE: Zaza & GGToday 05:33 Hello all. I am 20k down on this one and have long given up trying to follow this absolute mess of a company. Its hard to completely let that kind of cash go though, so I would be grateful if someone could tell me if there is any hope at all of ever getting a penny back here? Many thanks.

brookemia: SK2- interesting snippet from oilman Jim regarding BLOE-FRR’s neighbours in block 12 in Taribani🤔 this is the share most FRR-ites are basing the future of FRR upon🥴due to its proximity and Schlumberger’s interest Emojis are obviously mine added for focus. “Another one where I expect a placing is Block Energy (BLOE), who are starting to ramp up the hype. It’s one that I warned about several times before and investors who ignored me incurred horrendous losses. The last pre-placing promotion was based on lies🤥so I’d suggest exercising extreme caution here😱 Have a good week SK2

brookemia: SK2, all very quiet on FRR, Linsenmayer- Attorney- has refused to answer my emails, despite assurances of his wishes for dialogue🤥 ZAZA schtum except on Georgian election, something COULD be being worked on in background, but with more court cases than Rumpole👨R05;⚖️ could ever dream of, I think that this will just trundle on. I am puzzled as to whom is paying for the legal services Lawyers are not stupid, and with historical experience, why would lawyers in London take on Queens bench stuff if no chance of receiving fees? Very mysterious, only thing I can think of is, deal has been done and legals have access to knowledge and GUARANTEE of payment. BWTFDIK

domfok: Im fully aware of our situation and we can only sit back and watch the story unfold.... Nothing makes sense with FRR and so there is the slim possibility that the company may re list and that is the only reason why SK2 continues attacking the company..... Deleting this terrible app now bye

sweet karolina2: wal57lottie2 Nov '20 - 19:54 - 32116 of 32137 0 0 0 My FRR shares were held in my HSBC nominee account. When FRR delisted the bank told me that my shares were held with Computershare in my name as a book entry. I contacted Computershare UK and they have referred me to their USA office. They want an account number which I do not have. Can anyone suggest how I can get confirmation of my holding please. HSBC have been less than helpful. I read somewhere that some shareholders were issued with certificates following the delisting. OR is this all a waste of effort? Will shareholdings in this company ever be worth anything to PI's? lottie, The best answer I can give you is to forget about it. The shares are worthless. The only issue is the final route to worthlessness is no longer clear - Had the company been struck off iaw the Cayman's Gazette then that would have been all the proof of worthlessness you would need. What you need to consider is which tax year would be best to write your investment off in. You want to do it in a year when it would either give you an overall capital gains loss, which you can carry forward to offset a gain which exceeds the allowance or in a year when you have exceeded the allowance. If either of those 2 apply in the tax year just gone and you have not filed the tax return for that year yet (due by end of Jan) then you could have a go at writing it off that year on the basis that that is when delist happened and shorts got paid out. If that is not the case, then you could do it in this current tax year (return due by end Jan 22) as it will probably be May / Jun 21 when the route to final worthlessness does become clear. Equally you could do it in the next tax year (return due end of Jan 23) on the basis of full proof of worthlessness occurring in that tax year. All that is really happening is the prolonging of the agony for those victims who have not had the courage to admit to their partners how much they have lost investing in this fraud through their own stupidity and greed. If you still want to cling on to the non existent slim chance that this will somehow all come good then fine. Indeed if you do try to write off in last tax year that might get challenged on the basis of the lack of full proof of worthlessness. If you do manage to write it off and some miracle does happen then it is easy enough to sort out in future tax returns and at that point HSBC would be motivated to sort the situation out for you and many others, but it would take them quite a while. It is certainly not worth bothering anyone about it now as it is highly likely all that you would do is end up costing yourself even more money you will never see back. I hope this helps, even though it is not the answer you want to hear.

sweet karolina2: Alan, How about asking HL to send you your shares in certificated form in your name and see what happens. The other bit of useful info you might be able to extract from HL is what tax year you can write your entire investment in FRR off in. If you have CGT more than the allowance it is good to offset it. If you have CGT less than the value of write off then you can carry it forward to offset against future years. If you are somewhere in the middle there is no benefit as you can't carry forward unused allowance, so it would be worth knowing whether you can write it of in last tax year when the shares became worthless and shorts got paid in full or you have to wait and do it in this tax year.

sweet karolina2: I normally leave it to LS to post the funniest bits from the LSE asylum but this one is too good to miss: Phil_2018 Wed 21:04 Posts: 380 Price: 0.00 No Opinion Zaza stated that restructuring is happening so for me I take as a firm given that is what is happening. So I don't doubt that is what business is what is happening in FRR at the moment. I don't think the striking off the companies in the Caymans is an issue as it's all being dealt with. Zaza comes across to me as a able businessman able to do what is needed to be done. I think there are a lot of posters on here that worry too much over every given issue. Even if we don't hear anything by the 30th and striking off day I still believe the reorganization is being sorted. Until I hear from the horses mouth that FRR is no longer a goer I expect what has been talked about by Zaza to materialize. Just the exact composition of that materialisation we won't know until told but I'm sure it is a legal given that is shareholders will be in one way or another as much a part of it as we were before.

brookemia: sweet karolina2, with all due respect I will accept the reality from a professional eg Hargreaves and not a BB Poster. I am puzzled at this “ The lawyer is quite correct - you are no longer and never have been a registered shareholder in FRR (FRC), shortly to be struck off as a registered company entirely” as he has not advised me of this, so where do you get this speculative item from SK2 🤔 Happy to clarify when OFFICIALLY advised. Another point on your error-strewn Andy Warhol attempt-I do not live in a cardboard box, detached 3 bed 3 bath bungalow on 1/3 Acre, all paid for. Check Companies House- Anglia Home Care, sold for £1.1 M 🤣 you can put your result on here, no problem🥴 Have a good life Happy to help
