24/4/2018 12:03 | Here we go again | john09
22/4/2018 10:45 | Yes and at the moment there isn’t much competition in the 3rd party space. Though I’m pretty disappointed with the 10 speakers that have been announced with VPA they are pretty low end ones. What’s happening with bose etc ? A tie up with a top end name I feel would help | john09
22/4/2018 06:48 | The final page is the reason I am invested in FST. Only 1m products were produced by third parties in 2017. This is expected to go to 6m this year and 50m by 2022. | monty panesar
21/4/2018 12:36 | Copy that Mark I’m with you. 53,000 of these held. Not selling. Could just do without a further cautious statement particular given the potential here. Once we get over £2 I feel they could really motor. The market cap is puny at £60m . Even a market cap of £150m would give an share price of £4 | john09
21/4/2018 12:15 | You're not alone John, it's just there isn't much to discuss. I'm not into charting but would think the volume here isn't high enough for it to make any sense. I think we're aware that the revenues from DAB and Smart Audio are going to take some time and the sell off was from those who didn't realise that. The potential here is enormous. My note of caution would be that it was the same for the healthcare division, waiting, waiting, waiting and it never came. The difference this time is that it is more the market coming to them rather than creating a new market. I continue to hold and be patient. | mark4231
21/4/2018 10:50 | Monty Glad I’m not alone here. I think the sell off was to do with the language used in the trading statement and then the results statement about difficult to predict smart revenues and caution on DAB given last year was a bumper year. Last year however they surprised with some “ahead” statements so let’s see if anything has happened that may help change their stance and we could be north of £2 again I fear a similar statement about caution and needing to take a longer term view and we will be back to £1 - £1.20 | john09
21/4/2018 10:32 | Incidentally the AGM is on Tuesday so possible an update will be given then but don't get too excited. | monty panesar
21/4/2018 09:28 | Charts are pointless with respect to this. The company has a very solid base business with an emerging division that has blue sky potential over the next few years. The stock probably shouldn't have sold off as sharply as it did and is just going back to its medium term trend line. | monty panesar
20/4/2018 23:59 | Trading update last year was 5th May | john09
20/4/2018 16:43 | What do people make of this chart formation . It’s an odd one . Thoughts welcome | john09
19/4/2018 12:35 | All of a sudden that chart looks VERY appealing . I was previously worried we were going to get a head and shoulders down to £1 Is news leaking? When this one moves - it moves . SCSW says it moves 20% on an RNS | john09
19/4/2018 12:05 | next leg up - added | gucci
15/4/2018 23:40 | Smart speakers are taking off... "Smart speakers can now be found in 20% of U.S. homes with Wi-Fi -- which represents a 67% increase between November and February -- according to data provided by comScore. That puts these devices in an estimated 18.7 million homes." | monty panesar
15/4/2018 19:51 | The latest piece that I could find on smart speakers, including some third party devices: PS. Once Frontier offers multiple voice command, in the second half of the year, I think they will clean up in the third party speaker market, starting this Christmas. | life of crime
14/4/2018 01:57 | Some evidence that DAB is spreading beyond Europe: | life of crime
12/4/2018 01:41 | More evidence of DAB becoming standard in new cars: | life of crime
11/4/2018 10:29 | Nice article. Could do with an announcement on a tie up on on our third prong “smart home” | john09
10/4/2018 12:28 | Household brands like Whirlpool, Samsung and Bosch are racing against tech behemoths like Google and Amazon to dominate the kitchen with internet-connected appliances and cooking gadgets that include refrigerators embedded with touch screens, smart dishwashers and connected countertop screens with artificially intelligent assistants that react to spoken commands. | bartolozzif
09/4/2018 18:28 | Hong Kong Electronics Fair commences this week. Think - the Asian equivalent of CES . hopefully some news flow. When this moves - it moves | john09
09/4/2018 11:19 | Good volume | john09
09/4/2018 09:41 | The long road back to recovery starts today | john09
09/4/2018 09:15 | Stock had been completely over reacted to the results. | monty panesar |
