The Board of Frontier announces that it was notified on 5 September 2019 that on the 2, 3 and 4 September 2019, Science Group plc purchased a total of 268,564 shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 25 pence per share.
Science Group plc now holds a total interest in 32,388,987 ordinary shares in the capital of Frontier, equivalent to 72.1 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.
