Frontier IP, which specialises in commercialising university intellectual property, has been informed by Andrew Richmond, Non-Executive Chairman, that his SIPP has today purchased 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 67.5p per share and that he has today sold 200,000 Ordinary Shares at 67.5p per share. Following these transactions, Mr Richmond continues to have an interest in 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.61 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
