Hi all,

A few weeks ago my mate Peter @Conkers3 and myself did a ‘Twin Petes Investing’ Session as a ‘Live’ bit of the MelloVirtual Conference. This was a ticket-only gig but fortunately we have been allowed to share the Recording of the audio with our Listeners.

Among plenty of other things with an educational bent, part of our discussion includes FDEV. Anyway, if you use Apple, Audioboom, Overcast or Spotify you can find it under the 'Conkers Corner' Channel (you want TPI Podcast 28) and you can find it on Soundcloud at the link below.

I hope you enjoy it and find it useful,

Cheers, WD

Not sure if we made it last time we were around the £20 per share mark (not checked previous exchange rates) but FDEV is currently a $1B market cap company.

38,911,810 shares × £19.82 (offer) × 1.30639 (GBP:USD) = $1,007,529,869

Probably helps that Coronavirus data doesn't look clear cut at the moment, especially in the States.

Whatever, chart looks "edgy" to me... to the upside.
Accumulating again today for the break-out and next leg up.

Its a LTH anyway. Dailys, weeklys, monthlys are relative noise IMHO. GLA.

Interesting "Flags" on FDEV (Daily) chart and the sell-down from £21.
Support looks like 1780p but always a break down possible with this share.

Otherwise, waiting for a catalyst.

Yes, certainly a sweet spot.
And "second waves" not harming the narrative.
1780 seems to be the support.
Maybe I am too pessimistic from the technicals but who knows!

price does seem way more resilient I would say than it has done previously - fund managers still supporting covid winners which makes sense...and there are only 5 / 6companies you can buy in UK which fit the gaming bill really.

good idea - toppy market! the news flow will be exciting but its someway off... history suggests another opportunity will present, but of course doesn't always repeat.

FDEV tends to suffer when there's no release news or news on the horizon.
I think we can only expect that to change towards end of this calendar year.
In the mean time likely to continue its "drift" lower, imv.

June '18 was the last ATH at 1825. Next support I see on the (daily) charts is about 1620 but if that breaks we're back to the 1450 horizontal channel.
I will buy-in, to accumulate again, between 1650 and 1450 depending on how it goes.

Ali, a lot of my stocks are quite volatile so suspect its just the markets in general rather than FDEV specific. If I think a share is good medium to longterm then personally I don't sweat too much over the entry price.

Late Nov/early Dec is a good time to launch. They may be being a little vague until they know what else is releasing around then so they can avoid going head to head.

It is a delay from summer 2020, but not financially significant in terms of the full year outcome. They will still capture the Christmas/"Holiday" sales plus Easter 2021.
