Result of AGM and Director Transition

Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, "Frontier" or the "Company"), a leading developer of video games based in Cambridge, UK, held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") earlier today at which all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

Details of the resolutions passed at the AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM, which was included within the Company's Annual Report & Accounts and posted to shareholders. As disclosed in the Company's Annual Results announcement on 5 September 2018, David Walsh, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director, transitions to a Non-Executive Director role effective today, in order to focus his attention on a start-up opportunity outside of the games industry. Following this transition the Board of Directors comprises four Non-Executive Directors (including the Chairman) and three Executive Directors.
