It'll be interesting to see what premium content would be for Elite: Dangerous. Continuing Horizons for longer avoids splitting up the community but premium content could do that too, if is more than cosmetic stuff. I'm sure Frontier have thought about that of course and have a plan!

Related to Planet Coaster. Has there been any mention of it being released for consoles at any point? I can see problems, related to input, for Planet Coaster but then surely JWE would have the same problem and that is planned for consoles.

Further to post 1153 and the business model for ED. Frontier have confirmed there will also be paid content in 2018:

"In addition to all the content talked about at Frontier Expo, we also have some pretty cool things in the works which will be available to purchase. We're not ready to talk about them just yet so we can't give you any details but rest assured that the lifetime expansion pass owners will be looked after and will be getting their hands on premium content as part of their lifetime expansion pass before the end of 2018 and the Beyond series of updates."

Without news of anything new I expect it to continue to bounce around £10. When news does come then I expect the price to head upwards, be it news of Elite or Planet Coaster sales, JWE development (I wonder if they plan alpha/beta access?) or something around Tencent's investment. Patience will be rewarded I'm sure.

I expect this to be 100% higher than here come the launch of JE. Just my personal view and assumes the game is fantastic. Quite a while until that so happy to have it consolidate around these levels - seems clear whenever it rises a bit at the moment it attracts some selling - might be some small sellers following the placing, who knows.

Good to see others taking an interest in the chart. It has encouraged me to review. I have a long term holding here, but am also tempted to trade it.

There are a couple of potential turns this coming week, as noted by al, and the rising 50sma is providing support, as noted by mf.

Recently I have been comparing potential trendline apex dates between Mid priced charts and Last market priced charts. The differences can be quite pronounced. I am attempting to use these potential apex based turns to time trades, so it is quite important.

The reason for mentioning this is that while both charts agree on a potential turn tomorrow, the second potential turn appears 18/19 Oct [Last market] and 19/20 Oct [Mid]. Watch price action for likely direction! gla

on the downside i think you'll see 920 as strong support for obvious reasons, i would be surprised if it went below that as I said the other day but have been surprised many times before!
