Dustin Aro Joins Frontera's Management Team
Frontera Resources Corporation (AIM: FRR), a European focused independent oil and gas exploration and production company, welcomes Dustin Aro who joins the Company's management team as Vice President, Well Completion and Stimulation.
Dustin Aro joins the Company after leaving his position of Executive Vice President of Operations at Ely and Associates, Inc. ("Ely"), an oil and gas well stimulation consulting firm based in Houston, Texas. Having worked with Ely since February 2011, Dustin built extensive technical and operational experience in the Eagle Ford, Bakken, Wolfcamp, Bone Spring, Woodbine/Eaglebine, Austin Chalk, Wilcox, Olmos, Vicksburg and other formations. In addition to managing Ely operations and on-site supervision, he also served an in-house engineering role for Anadarko Petroleum and Murphy Exploration.
Mr. Aro began his career in the oil and gas industry as a field engineer with Schlumberger. Over the course of several years, Dustin gained extensive fracturing experience in the Bakken and Three Forks formations. As a field engineer and crew supervisor, he ensured on-site activities met all of the clients' and Schlumberger's standards for excellence.
Mr. Aro holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Michigan Technological University.
