@thefozzer You are simply wrong that FFR have a right to withhold payments if they have some issue with the behaviour of YA. Here is a simple example that demonstrates the point.

If your landlord fails to properly maintain the property you are renting and living in, you cannot decide to stop paying the rent as some sort of quid pro quo.

That's the way it works. I am sure you will offer that 'this is different'. It's not. End of.

Any logical distillation of the known (RNS'd) facts, ignoring all wild speculation involving (super) majors about to deal (as opposed to showing polite interest), shows that FRR are into the final stage of their existence. I truly hope that some people here will take this opportunity to walk away with what is left of their funds.

In my very honest opinion, best case scenario for the bears is now for the situation with Outrider to a) Disrupt the deal with the two super majors b) For the courts to side with Outrider and FRR defaults early on the CLN agreement.


If Outrider is not a show stopper I believe the bears will have their short bets wiped out very soon.

Ref point 1, of course it works like that. If you're in dispute and there's breach in terms and conditions of course you can suspend payments pending legal redress.

Ref point 2, I am unsure how this will be resolved with Outrider. It's still unclear as to the details of situation. At this point Loggy Outrider is your best hope so I would be beating this drum if I were you. I'm off the belief that the closing of a deal between a Super Major and FRR has triggered this event. Down to the legal eagles now.

There does appear to be a missing month. I can't explain it and don't know why this is. It's with lawyers now and I'm confident Zaza and Steve have very strong positions.

My focus, as appears to be the markets, is on that Super Major deal. The share price hasn't budged despite all the dirt thrown at FRR.

I guess the market believes a Major deal is about to land.
