Here goes with first of a few. The money.

- Oil financing all seems on track - but then it should be at this stage.
- Gas is taking longer so obviously an over-run
- however as said in the meeting and confirmed with Lev after, they have received $1.5 million of the ARAR settlement - the January payment was in fact received ahead of time. The balance is scheduled over Feb/March as planned. Well done Lev.
- For the first time clear economic models in the pack for oil wells and U2. Very interesting and encouraging - will cover separately.
- crazy question re the LT debt - ie equating the $30 million due in mid 2020 to the return on one well. Zaza's eyes rolled a bit. Anyway they will refinance/pay off the $30 million in 2020 and of course most of it is to Outrider. Interesting chat at the end - Hope is a positive board member but his only real mission in life is protecting his loan value. That is the reason he is a director (I always assumed this), and as he bought the debt for a song I can understand why.
- Re YA again an interesting aside. Obviously they will get rid of the balance of shares, but at that point their is a pause that goes well beyond July 2018. FRR have the option to pay for the preference shares at face price (ie a couple of million) or allow further conversions later in the year. Am absolutely sure they will want to pay off once and for all - once the wells are working. I suggested that they RNS the post July options at some suitable point.
- The gas pipeline financing intent is via debt financing - and he seems to be well advanced re credit lines. I suspect that where-ever he needs cash he will try to avoid the equity route - obviously no guarantees but not a hint of this being considered
- I asked at the end re the headroom situation. Obviously YA have a call but I was told there are no further vendor commitments - at least at this stage. The headroom is simply bigger than expected because they modelled the headroom on the basis of a lower share price
- He seemed very bullish re ii financing - and of course that is why he is staying over for next week. However he is attending a number of other meetings.
- Re the tax refund Government accepts it is due - but in my interpretation is this is more likely to be an offset against future tax bills. However he will still chase the cash. How long is a piece of string.
- Further odd question - making a point that there were clearly no contracts in place to sell either the oil or the gas over the next 10 years. Zaza again seemed non-plussed! Oil goes onto the spot market as it does everywhere else in the world. U2 gas into the Georgian grid. (Currently the oil is railed to Batumi, but with higher volumes a BP or similar pipeline connection would cost in - but we were told that long ago)

Clearly the financing remains tight until the oil flows - gas will take longer. but I think he now has more options as to the source of financing. and of course the ARAR $2.2 million is perfectly timed

Yep 13M traded below the bid at 0.47. Not a huge amount really but does suggest either someone has thrown the towel in or there is a placing in the pipeline which has leaked.

Friday night so course I'm having a few bevvies! I stand by my comment though, I find it a little much/sad people don't seem to be able to turn their phones etc off and enjoy the weekend. That said, if posting on BBs makes a weekend I sympathise! I'll look back in on the BBs Sunday evening ahead of the markets opening the following day.Enjoy the weekend.
