02/6/2021 15:39 | Tharisa, THS has good Rhodium exposure, great numbers but the share price hasn't been great | ukgeorge
02/6/2021 15:30 | uk...monty...I have got both...£50k plus in each... Plus 250k GPM... | rougepierre
02/6/2021 15:24 | Wow...their metrics are good.What a run...beats fresnillo. But Rhodium has been some mover. | zicopele
02/6/2021 15:17 | Yes Zico.. Only a small holding left though as was in and out of there since 15p | plat hunter
02/6/2021 14:12 | Gold rhodium platinum....no silver. | zicopele
02/6/2021 13:45 | No, how many ounces of silver do they mine? | trader536
02/6/2021 13:42 | Any of you guys in Sibanye Stillwater? | zicopele
02/6/2021 12:56 | I was trying to hold off buying to get in lower. However, I figured it ain't worth quibbling over pennies as this one should be going a lot higher sooner rather than later! I would hate to miss out when it comes. | kfr20
02/6/2021 12:33 | Yep, I think when it decides to move it will move fast, the catalyst will be interims on 3rd August. Last year some of us did well when it went from 717p on 8th June to 1295p on 3rd August (80% in 2 months). Silver was then $19 to $25. | trader536
02/6/2021 12:22 | Looking at the above graph and the term " Coiled Spring" comes to mind. | cravencottage
02/6/2021 11:43 | Here's the monthly silver chart near its recent monthly highs, and below that is the monthly FRES chart showing the current FRES lag to the silver price. Its just a matter of time before FRES catches up Silver FRES | trader536
02/6/2021 11:25 | just have both. Fres chart looks primmed for a decent run. | ukgeorge
02/6/2021 09:38 | Why have Fres over Polymetal just don't get it. | montyhedge
02/6/2021 07:09 | I don't disagree diggy, which is why I 'trade' (term used loosely) with many separate tranches at diferent prices. Always with a core holding except for for September to November last year when I binned the last at 1350-odd in September and started buying again right at the end of vaccine enws day - way too early, but better than holding during that period, and the funds applied to very good use elsewhere. Don't forget the 'opportunity cost' of holding onto something that isn't moving or going down. There was a period, February I think, when 3 trades made me c£5-6k from memory (here and POLY) in 24 hours, when it shot up and then within 3 days was back down below the starting price. Not too shabby while waiting. Volatility does mean opportunity. Found it: Anyway, that time has passed, and I agree - now is the time to (largely) hold - although forgive me for trading a few more if I choose on the way up. | imastu pidgitaswell
02/6/2021 05:35 | I have been thinking, always dangerous, and agree with Khun Trader of Siam. Fres could very possibly double or triple from here, silver is likely to take out 2011 highs when things get really funky. So the danger of scalping for a quid here or there is that you may be left with few shares when it takes off and struggle to get back in. And in case silver doesn't go up much, then fres is probably slightly overpriced but with a half decent yield to cushion the blow, but you're unlikely to lose your shirt on it unless you're leveraged. Upside therefore 20-30, downside 6-8. A reasonable bet at 9 I reckon. | diggybee
01/6/2021 16:18 | I would think it is - but as t notes, it will just mean that in the same way the selling pressure was artificial, so will the buying pressure be. We're just in the middle of it - happily so (now, anyway...) | imastu pidgitaswell
01/6/2021 16:14 | That's probably the angle Millennium were playing with their short - i.e. nothing to do with fundamentals.......a huge risk with anything related to silver/gold at the moment as the metal spot price could pop 5-10% at anytime and it only takes a small percentage of market participants to buy shares based on the reality of a company for things to 'revert to the mean' and then 'overshoot' in the other direction. | lageraemia
01/6/2021 14:59 | That's the funniest thing. Just absurd - but profitable for the rest of us. And their clients pay fees for this service... | imastu pidgitaswell
01/6/2021 14:49 | They'll soon have to buy them back again ;-) | trader536
01/6/2021 14:33 | It's what happens when tracker funds for MSCI stop dumping regardless of pricing of the shares or the metals they mine. As noted by a few at the time - opportunities like that don't come around too often. But here we are in the middle of it. | imastu pidgitaswell
01/6/2021 14:31 | The fres share price feels stronger this time after the 12m + share volume last week.I think it's time for the share price to rally back over 1000p. | wallywoo
01/6/2021 13:42 | Silver weekly showing the strong uptrend since March last year, looks like this week will see a new high close..... | trader536
01/6/2021 08:35 | I wonder if a trading statement will accompany AGM on 24.06? | cravencottage
01/6/2021 08:34 | And what happens to the price of silver if that happens again.... BOOM lol. Supply and demand | jason_scrap
01/6/2021 08:17 | Will Covid take off again and close Mexico down for a month ? Trader536 thinks it might happen in Egypt but Mexico far more likely statistically ... why fear monger trader536? It spreads around the boards like a virus 🦠 | kennyp52 |
