Posted at 03/1/2019 18:00 by charlie Has paid cumulative dividends totalling 7.55p since January 2015 compared with delisting price of 6.5p.Now a cash offer of 12p, OR 1-for-1 share exchange into ongoing private company. Further 2.0p div in either case. Not bad. Although it has traded as high as 30p on the unlisted board BritDAQ in the past couple of years (in small size). Any thoughts from other holders? |

Posted at 16/11/2009 13:42 by wilco99 sure looks cheap to me, havent invested yet but will do when funds become available. Clearly the market doesnt like a balance sheet with the majority being goodwill (which I never understood because if the acquired companies were no longer worth the value of the goodwill, the company would be forced to impair so in this respect is exactly the same as a tangible asset). Personally think with £10m would be a low end fair price |
