Has paid cumulative dividends totalling 7.55p since January 2015 compared with delisting price of 6.5p.

Now a cash offer of 12p, OR 1-for-1 share exchange into ongoing private company. Further 2.0p div in either case.

Not bad. Although it has traded as high as 30p on the unlisted board BritDAQ in the past couple of years (in small size).

Any thoughts from other holders?

Given revenue breakdown weighted towards public servie

eg Public sector (mainly NHS) 25% (20%) then I would expect sales to be severly impacted by cuts in Gov expenditure. PR is easily cut and from my experience is usually expensive and irrelevant (just gives a warm feeling to management until the liquid gets cold !!)

sure looks cheap to me, havent invested yet but will do when funds become available. Clearly the market doesnt like a balance sheet with the majority being goodwill (which I never understood because if the acquired companies were no longer worth the value of the goodwill, the company would be forced to impair so in this respect is exactly the same as a tangible asset). Personally think with £10m would be a low end fair price

gonna miss but if those contracts are delayed then perhaps that means more than the 6p eps forecast for this year - that would be very cheap imp.

Seems like a a remarkably cheap share and it the company keep on growing. Nice to see a thread opened for this company.
