Result of General Meeting
French Connection announces that the resolution proposed at the General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, seeking approval for the sale of Toast (Mail Order) Limited (the "Disposal") and for payment of part of the proceeds to related parties of the Company, as described in the circular to shareholders dated 10 April 2018, was duly passed by shareholders. Completion is expected to occur on 30(th) April.
Terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as set out in the Circular unless otherwise defined.
A copy of the resolution passed at the General Meeting will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
