Posting of Circular and Notice of General Meeting
French Connection Group PLC (the "Company") announces that a circular will be sent to Shareholders today containing the notice convening the general meeting to approve sale of the entire issued share capital of Toast (Mail Order) Limited announced on 9 April 2018.
The general meeting will take place at 10:30 a.m. on 26 April 2018 at the offices of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP at Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6AF.
