Franchise Brands (AIM: FRAN), a multi-brand franchise business, announces that David Poutney, Non-Executive Director, has purchased a total of 51,650 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at an average price of 95.97 pence per Ordinary Share. Following these purchases, David Poutney now has a total interest in 3,696,495 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 3.86% of the Company's total voting rights.
